I have being going there for years always professional and never ever had any issues.

I am from out of town and had a low tire pressure warning come on my dash. I had no change in my pocket to use those little air compressors that you find at most gas stations. So I pulled into there service shop and could hardly find any parking. Assuming I was at the best place to get my tire checked or filled back to pressure at least. I was surprised when I explained to the guy at the front desk about my situation only to get a answer of yeah we don’t have a hose that can reach out to your car to fill up your tire. Also I was not looking for free service, I would of paid debit the charge if they would of done the work. Just taken back that while looking for the simplest of help in a minor situation that I could not get any help from them at all. It’s the little things that make the biggest impact and do to the lack of compassion I do not recommend a shop that operates this way with there customer base, especially those in need.

Meineke has previously provided excellent service on my vehicle. I recently (4 days ago) had my rack and pinion repaired and discovered that when I exceed 50km/h, my car wobbles and the steering wheel shakes. When I returned the car the next day, the front desk clerk informed me that my horn was not working due to a broken clock spring and that could possibly be the cause of the shaky movement of the steeringwheel. I didn't argue with him out of respect because I know clock springs have nothing to do with alignment or wheel unbalance, at least that's what my BSc and Masters in Mechanical Engineering taught me. I was charged $114.94 for computerised wheel alignment. Meineke, I just wanted you to know that this review will be remembered forever and leaves an indelible mark on your work ethics, and well I'll find another shop to fix this issue.

They said they don't provide inspection for old car. Never wanted to provide just to look at thr car and tell me what it msy need to be fixed. Very odd so just don't bother contacting them if trying to buy a used car

This place is great. Great people who are very friendly and knowledgeable who will do everything they can to repair your car and get you back behind the wheel. I always go here for everything to do with my car.

Service is great. But you now have to go through a call centre to get an appointment instead of just calling them directly. This is extremely annoying

$650 for a battery change in an Elantra? Pure scam, avoid at all costs.

Moved to NL from BC and had to take a (new to me) used vehicle in for an inspection. I always cringe when I drop off a car for inspection because most shops seem to want to find as much as possible wrong with it to give themselves more work. Too often, when you ask them to show you the issue, it suddenly doesn't exist or it's nowhere near as bad as they told you.This shop doesn't do that. They let you know of any items that might be needing work soon but they don't try and get the work up front or change out parts too soon. I was in the waiting room multiple times and heard them do the same thing with a few customers. Some customers were willing to pay for work to be done and were expecting it but this shop said (multiple times), You don't need that done just yet - maybe bring it back in the New Year

This place is now known as Killick Tire & Autocare, same staff, same service, same location new name. Excellent service.

Extremely helpful and polite staff. Price for after market parts and service were under 50 percent of the quoted dealer price. They also had all parts in stock and were able to complete the job the same day vs. over a week wait quoted by the dealership.
