My husband and I visited Banff in mid June 23, hiking, rafting and horseback riding everyday. We finished our vacation with a massage at the Fairmont Spa. The staff was lovely, helpful and pleasant. The facilities were spotless and had everything you could want. Most important, we felt more relaxed and our muscles soreness was better after our massage. Highly recommend.

This place is simply magical. Special thanks to Bruce and Cory for the history of the hotel and our tour of Scotland. We greatly appreciate how courteous the staff was and how well they looked after us. Spend the money for the most special experience you can imagine. We have paid up for hotels in the past, but this tops them all.

The hotel is awesome. Definitely one of the best I've ever been too. The views are incredible and the facility is immaculate. The beds were awesome and the brunch is good. It's very expensive but I don't regret doing it. Cheers!

We had a great time during the summer and can't wait to come back another time during the winter. The hotel is obviously a beautiful building is a beautiful setting. Rooms are very clean, service is excellent, pool is the perfect temperature, food is delicious, golf course is gorgeous, there's yoga, bikes, and more activities each day, the roam bus stop is just outside the hotel and takes you most places.

My wife and I got married at this hotel. All of the staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was very welcoming, quick to respond, and friendly. The spa was very flexible in accommodating our hair/makeup schedules, and a perfect romantic retreat for messages the day after. Our guestroom was stunning. Working with Dianne, our event manager, was seamless. She was very knowledgeable, responsive and organized. The event staff were highly professional, the food & beverages were exceptional, and the venue was gorgeous. Our wedding could not have been more perfect.

Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay.Every team member was kind, smart attentive and very courteous.The hotel itself is Spectacular in all of its old world glory with all of the modern conveniences.The Bow Falls and hike in front of the pool area is perfection! A true gem!

Excellent hotel and service. Loved the location and beautiful views. Food was good with a variety of restaurants throughout the hotel. The excursions through the hotel were excellent. The guides Scott and Alex were extremely knowledgeable about the history of Banff National Park and much more.

There nights with a spectacular mountain view room. The golf course was in great shape, excellent pace of play. We ate at three different restaurants, service and food were exceptional at each. The staff - from the moment you arrive, until you depart, are obviously well coached on customer service....amazingly good.

The castle itself is breath taking each time you see it. The grounds had everything we needed and there were so many excellent amenities to take advantage of. We especially loved the walk down to the Waldhaus and the dining experience at the restaurant and pub. It was also a super quick and lovely walk to downtown Banff with multiple pathways to choose from. Overall I would easily recommend staying here to anyone that wants a central location with conveniently accessible transportation to main attractions like Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and more.

The location and the history of this place was mind-blowing. We had couples massages at the spa, and they were fantastic--definitely worth the price!! However, we were not as impressed by the spa facilities. The mineral pool was standing only (no ledges for sitting), but, most of all, we were disappointed that the steam rooms and saunas were segregated by gender...and seemingly for no reason since swim wear was required in the steam rooms and saunas. The outdoor hottub had stunning views!
