Susan was extremely professional and courteous, she had went above and beyond her duties in assisting with my car insurance. Not only was she patient but she was able to help with all my needs, she was joyful and bubbly which made me want to secure myself with this company even more, if not for Susan I would simply find another insurance company but she made me want to be apart of this company, she is a overwhelmingly positive asset to the company, my many thanks for turning a hard situation into a beautiful day

Very professional, also quick with responses as well as being very knowledgeable. One of my favourite people to deal with for sure as her personality is extremely pleasant. Very satisfied with the visit. Since I recently arrived in Canada, I had no Canadian driving experience and no insurance. I provided all my documents that I had, my driving experience in Ukraine (15 years), as well as insurance for the last 2 years from Ukraine - everything was taken into account, the insurance payment was as comfortable as possible. Upon arrival, the checkout went very quickly. Jayme helped with advice and in general I can recommend this insurance company! Thank you for your help!

Getting my insurance was incredibly easy. I thought it was gonna be a lot harder than that. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I was treated like I've been coming there for 25 years. When I left I felt very confident that I'd be coming back and letting any one that I know to go and get their insurance quotes With you guys.
