This is a good place for teachers and educators to shop but buying school supplies for children is not worth it. It is small, often crowded and overpriced. However, their customer service is on point and they are always ready to help their customers find what they are looking for.

Très insatisfaite du service reçu. J'ai reçu une commande incomplète et le seul item dont j'avais vraiment de besoin manquait. Les autres items étaient pour plus tard dans le développement de ma fille donc j'en avais pas besoin toute suite je les avais commandé pour éviter les frais de livraison. On ne m'a pas avisé sinon j'aurais simplement annulé ma commande. Lorsque j'ai contacté le service à la clientèle on m'a simplement répondu que les items en ligne n'étaient pas liés avec leur inventaire donc ce n'est pas inscrit lorsqu'un item est back order. Vraiment? Et ce serait ma responsabilité de vérifier leur inventaire. Incroyable. Mais hey on vous a pas facturé alors ne chialez pas Mme.

I ordered a lot of products 3 months ago and they couldn't ship all of it (NOT my fault). They charged me 24$ for shipping the first time and then 2 months later when they decided to send the rest of my order we made a deal over the phone that they would cover the shipping for my order as it wasn't my fault if they couldn't send it with my first order. I received a email telling me that it would cost me an extra 26$ of shipping to received it (we are at 50$ of shipping now). I called and the woman would not change anything, and told me the other employee that gave me free shipping ( who was suppose to be a superior as I asked to talk with a superior) was a new girl and they would not give me free shipping as agreed on the phone. I am really disappointed in the customer service of this company and will not buy anything from them ever again.
