I will never go here again. They take forever and are always rude. I purchased balloons that popped the second I walked out the door and they made me pay again for new ones rather than replacing balloons they overfilled. Recommend going to Balloons on Bloor instead.

We ordered balloons numbers 50 for birthday and they put number 2 upside down for number 5. Was so funny in picture.I really don’t understand the reason.

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE !!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SUPER RUDE SUPER DISRESPECTFUL Absolutely disgusted with their customer service and shopping experience. This mother and daughter thing is just not working out. The daughter is a brat rolling her eyes at me because I’m telling the other associate how I want my paid for balloons set. She has no business in mine and the associates concerns to be inputting her nasty attitude then the mother comes over to back her up rips my items out of my hands and says u know what take your money back. These ladies are rude racist disrespectful. I really hope they closedown soon. You should see how they treat their Filipino employees

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Owner is so rude and she is not even sorry for the inconvenience. Their balloons doesn't even stay inflated for a day, it started to deflate after few hours of purchase. I had to go to Party city to buy another set of numbered balloons and she refused to give me my money back.

We've shopped here for a few years whenever we have a birthday party for our kids. They have a terrific selection (pretty much everything you'd ever need for a party), very nice and helpful staff, and good pricing. Free and ample parking is always a bonus too in Toronto.

This is my go to for celebration balloons. I’ve always had a good experience and the balloons last! We still have a fully inflated birthday balloon that is weighted down a year later! It’s also not as chaotic as other major party stores.

Always stocked to the max. Friendly, patient staff.Keep your eyes peeled for unexpected gems. Check in often so as not to miss out.

I spent $30 on 1 and 4 balloons for my daughter's 14th birthday. The 4 deflated after 3 hours. I ran back to the store in the middle of my daughter's party and the staff would not re-inflate it. They were rude!This is the second time we have had trouble with balloons from this place!I had the balloon re-inflated somewhere else - needless to say I will not be back.Always a party is more like ALWAYS A DISAPPOINTMENT!
