Da Silva catering hosted a breakfast for our charity event and they did a fantastic job! They were on time, did a wonderful job with set up/clean up, food was great, communication was excellent. Highly recommend for all events.

I was looking for a prepared meal for a family gathering of ten. As I would be serving the meal buffet style outdoors on the weekend, Jeff suggested I try the smoked beef brisket with sides. It was easy to manage this plate of dinner on my lap. The meat sliced easily and was delicious. The sides were asparagus, roasted potatoes, carrots, and corn on the cob. There was enough beef leftover for sandwiches the next two days. And the best part was that the leftovers were almost as good as the hot dinner we had enjoyed the evening before! Glad I followed Jeff's suggestion!

I helped organize a big family party and decided on catering to saved us a day’s work. I sent an email with menu links and that went over big. My eldest sister lived in Europe for 5 years so she really liked the international menu. I’m gluten-intolerant but found something tasty and filling. Da Silva’s owner, Jeff, called me several days before to see if there were any changes: that was timely. They got there on time and we had a terrific time. For any future events, Jeff gets my call.
