Jet Companion

We were very concerned about getting my dad home internationally due to a long bout of Covid and thought we would need to go private. A friend recommended Jet Companion to help get us private transportation! We reached out to Rudy early in the morning and he immediately went into action. Before mid day he had 3 options for us to choose from and all of the documents we would need for medical travel! Ultimately, my father was cleared for commercial travel. The support we received from Rudy was top notch!!

Jet Companion was invaluable in organizing a trip for my elderly mother to fly by private charter to our home in Ottawa, Ontario from where she lives in Michigan for Christmas and her 90th birthday. Rudy, the main contact, took care of everything from finding the private charter to choosing a wonderful RN, Dianne, to accompany my mom on her flights to and from Ottawa. Dianne, and crew put my mom at ease and made her flight safe and enjoyable. We were able to spend precious time with my mom whose dementia and cancer are progressing. This may be her last trip and we will have these memories forever. We are grateful to Jet Companion and especially to Rudy who was always available to answer my questions quickly, patiently and with grace and humour.

I cannot brag or boast enough about Jet Companion! We utilized their services to have my father in law (advanced stage dementia) flown from Victoria BC to Ottawa ON - from the beginning their customer service and was incredible!! With the help of Jet Companion, we were able to use a commercial airline to bring him home, instead of having to charter a private jet. We had an in flight nurse (Michelle - you are amazing at what you do!!) accompany him during his travels - she kept him safe and alleviated his anxieties (and ours!) for the duration of his flights, and provided us a recap of their adventure once he was delivered to our care.Rudy (you are also amazing at what you do!) was very helpful - from the quote, to the paperwork, to the arranging of the flight times etc - it was a matter of only a couple days. Given we were limited on time, stress levels were high but Rudy took it all in stride and helped get everything set up…and fast!! I cannot thank Jet Companion enough for the services they provided to help bring my father in law home.

I am so appreciated that I found Rudy of Jet Companion to support me to take care the travel of my sister and my mother from Hong Kong to Vancouver.My sister is totally disabled and my 82 years old mother has difficulty to walk. I recently began planning a move for my mother-in-law from Winnipeg to Calgary. She has dementia and to say I was nervous is a huge understatement. Words cannot begin to express the depth of my gratitude for all the care that Rudy and his team put into planning her day of travel. It put me at ease before and during travel. The attention to detail was amazing. As for Arlene, the nurse who accompanied us, how do I even start to describe her? She is amazing, kind and thorough. On top of that, she was generally just a great person to travel with. Her eye for detail is extraordinary and she was able to recognize all the little ways to ensure my mother-in-law stayed comfortable. I cannot possibly say enough good things about her! She is a gem! I don't have enough words to describe Rudy's Sympathy and his work ethics ..it is absolutely amazing...During my mother transit to back home we had lots of hiccups but he made sure that she get comfort during transit. We can't express in words how thanksful we are to Rudy and Alex. We have found that there are many companies out there that provide patient transfer service but it would be very difficult to find companies like Jet Companion!! They have found the fastest, safest and most cost-efficient option for us with a very reasonable rate. Amazing experience, beyond professional team. I needed a nurse with specific language skills and they could provide. The trip was from Europe to US for my elderly mom. She was very happy with the nurse. I will definitely use them again without doubt and higy recommend!
