Bought an indoor rower and was very impressed with the service. Ryan greeted me at the door as soon as I walked in and was super knowledgeable and was glad to show me around the store and answer all my questions. Nothing but positive things to say! Went in 10 minutes before closing and Connor even stayed late to help my husband and I find the perfect treadmill. I had been looking for a desk extension for my brand of the FitDesk which was sold out almost everywhere. I happened to find it AKFIT Fitness' website and ordered it online. The desk extension arrived in the mail in perfect condition and I really love it. I ordered equipment back in June 2020 and as anyone trying to get their hands on anything fitness during this pandemic knows...supply chains have been badly broken.Akfit and their very knowledgeable staff have kept me completely informed with the status of my orders. They have been consistently courteous and accommodating at every level. I came to Akfit wanting a recommendation for something to place my exercise peddler on when using it so it wouldn't slide on my laminate floor. This nice guy Connor who is the Sales Specialist told me that it was my lucky day and brought out from behind a door a rubber mat that the store couldn't use and gave it to me for FREE. I really appreciate this kind gesture coming from this nice young man! His big smile and seeing the happy expression on his face made my day and I am sure it has made his day too! The gift of giving is greater than the joy of receiving and I know exactly how this young man was feeling! Thanks Connor and I will never forget you!

Purchased adjustable dumbbell and plates online. Shipping within Ontario was priced very reasonably and arrived quickly.

I was told about AK by my coach and ordered some Iron Grip Hand Grips. Within 30 minutes of placing my order, Connor called to tell me the 100lbs have been upgraded and they'll be black in colour while the 200lbs will be silver. He wanted to let me know about the change and make sure I was okay with it before they sent it out. Little things like that go a long way. 10/10 will be buying from them again.
