They not only completely screwed up my hair, made it look like my roots were growing out as the dark brown right against a way too light blonde, but it also took 5 hours and when I complained that I was going to have to now pay someone else to fix it before a big even this weekend, they still made me pay the $50 even tho I had been quoted $30. Would not recommend Cassandra or the professor that approved each step to anyone who doesnt want to look like a clown.
