Veena did an amazing job with my suit. I loved the way it looked. I got a lot of compliments! She made sure it fit perfect and that I got it in time for a wedding. I definitely recommend!

Veena is amazing! She replaced a zipper on my winter coat very quickly and chose a zipper that would match the rest of the coat since the previous zipper was difficult to repair. She has also altered two formal gowns of mine; both done perfectly! She is a wonderful woman, and a master at her craft!I will only be going to Veena's for help with my garments, I encourage others to do the same.

My wife came to get a quote on alterations she needed for a dress for a wedding. Not only was the owner blunt and unprofessional, she told her she could not loosen the sides of the dress and could only do the hemming. She made comments such as You can take the dress back and not go to the wedding" as an alternative solution just because she wouldn't have been to finish the piece on time. My wife was able to get this done in a timely manner at another seamstress without the uncomfortable experience. Would not recommend if you are looking for a pleasant seamstress."

Highly recommend Veenas, not only is her work on clothing alterations amazing she is so welcoming and so easy going! My husband has been bringing pants to be hemmed for couple of years, I just recently brought a formal dress to be altered and she did a phenomenal job, also may I added she helped us in a time crunch!! highly highly recommend

Not only does she do top notch service, she is honest and very professional.This is a BOSS WOMAN who owns and operates a fantastic business where you can have all of your needs met. Just started coming here recently.Everything I've brought here so far has been pretty much exactly what I wanted after I've picked it up and hasn't cost an arm and a leg like some tailors in the City.A couple tailors told me they couldn't help me taking in the waist for my Margiela pants but Veena had a perfect solution.A few low ratings with comments suggesting she's rude and doesn't deserve your business but, She's got that attitude! and what's a small business without personality?

Really appreciated Veena's work! I took a maternity dress to her for my shower as it was too long. The turn around time was quick and quality good. I appreciated that she checked the material of the dress before she took it in as it was obviously new and she wanted to give me the chance to wash it first if she expected it to shrink, she also suggested hemming the dress shorter in the front than the back to leave the impression of a little train which I loved and hadn't thought of.

My go to place for alterations!! The first time I had come to Veena’s was for my highschool uniform to be hemmed and fitted! Fast forward 12 years and she now altered my bridal shower dress!! She did a wonderful job. I was so happy with it! The dress had an overlay of lace that was far too long for me and she fixed it and it looked so seamless. What a beautiful job!In addition, I brought a few shoes with me to my appointment and she helped pick which shoes would look nicest with the dress. She went above and beyond!

I had a lovely experience at Veena's today. You are in safe hands working with her as she is extremely knowledgeable and skilled regarding altering and creating garments that will flatter your body type. Highly recommend her services ☆

TLDR: Very Rude owner. Go here if enjoy being berated.I just came from this establishment in the last hour and it's unfortunate to see how true the negative reviews from 6 years ago are still relevant today.I came 3 months ago to get some pants altered, the person who was working in the store seemed a bit blunt (which echoes earlier reviews in the past) but not outwardly rude at the time, just seemed like someone who wanted to get their work done. I wanted the pants tapered and hemmed, however when I tried it on in front of her, based on her recommendation, I just hemmed them based on the length she suggested, paid and picked up a few days later, didn't really look at the work/try out the pants, but had no issues overall.Fast forward to today as I had not tried them on until last week , I realized now they were still a bit too long (my fault completely). Figured I'd finish a work meeting early and head over, with the intent to pay for new alterations as, again, it was my fault that I did not hem it shorter, in no way was I going to ask for this to be done for free. I marked the area I wanted hemmed with a pant fold and I walked in, shortly after 4PM.Walked in, tried to exchange pleasantries, again, no response other than yes?".
