Jaguar Saskatoon

I have recently purchased a Jaguar F-Pace. Although I've only had it for two weeks I can honestly say that I've never owned such a superior automobile!! Because I've owned it for such a short time I cannot comment on Jaguar's service but have spoken to the service team and I feel very confident I will be cared for. On the sales end, I only have great things to say about Paul Hampson our product specialist. Paul is very professional, answered all our questions efficiently and if ever he didn't know the answers he found them and contacted us promptly. I would highly recommend this dealership and their staff. Top notch first experience with Jaguar and I'm sure it won't be the last!!

The customer service at Jaguar Land rover Saskatoon was amazing. Sandy Ginther, product specialist, is so professional as he was able to narrow down my needs and he understood which vehicle i was looking for in a short span.. I am extremely happy with the service he provided. He was super helpful and answered the questions i had in timely manner. I would like to recommend him over and over. At last but not least finance manager was so kind and helpful towards my all queries..

I can't say anything negative about this dealership in any sense.Erick and Abdul , you're absolutely fantastic to deal with with zero pressure or feeling pressured or talk down to.I returned to the dealership multiple times over the course of a few weeks as I was contemplating between a number of other comparable vehicles.During this process I was getting inundated by other dealership sales personnel through email and text into a sales pressure style communication. Though Erick and Abdul made themselves readily available to answer any questions I had by phone or text and the two were very professional and helpful.I'm very happy to say that I'm more than happy with my F-Pace purchase. highly recommended dealership the product and the team there, I'll definitely be back!

Came in from Regina with my sisters looking for a SUV, we had the best experience one can get at Jaguar. Evan Tian took us to look at different makes and models, in the most pleasant experience. Awesome customer service! Through a series of events I ended up purchasing a Jaguar Fpace in Edmonton (I live in Saskatoon). I needed to get some information on my vehicles warranty so I stopped in at Jaguar Saskatoon. Sandy (Product Specialist) was great, he gave me all the warranty information I needed and then helped me set up Jaguar InControl on my phone. Again, great service and I look forward taking my vehicle back to Jaguar Saskatoon for any servicing needs etc.

Lost my key for an older model. I bought a new key through these guys and was told to bring it in for programming. Had my car towed 40km to the dealership only for them to tell me they don't have the equipment to program my new key. It's still sitting dead in their lot and they tell me Jaguar Edmonton is my best bet. Smh (edit: after a lengthy process the situation has been resolved)
