Steve did a thorough and complete inspection of a house we have under contract. Every time I had a question, he took the time to answer and explain my worries away or lay out the steps I would need to take to address the problem in the future. He also left us with a complete copy (plus a couple extras) of the inspection findings, plus a booklet with general home maintenance and fix it information. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a home inspector!

Steve is amazingly good, professional, and courteous. I had many questions before inspection and he answered them all with patience and returned my call promptly. He also did a detail inspection and answered my questions as going thru it. I have dealt with other inspectors in the past so I can compare and Steve is the best I found!
