Thanks Dr Bedi for helping us fulfill our dream of getting a bundle of joy! Excellent service from beginning to end. Nidhi (front desk receptionist) is the best and makes you feel very welcomed as soon as you enter the facility. You are the best!!!

This facility is joke. They are reluctant to provide the keys to washroom. Both doctor and receptionist are never on time. There is no point of booking appointment as Dr Bedi simply prefers first come first serve basis ( including people who didn’t even bother to book appointments). Dr Bedi doesn’t bother to read patient history , is unable to listen patient’s issues. I think they are just running this facility to simply fill their pockets and i really doubt if anyone here has a legitimate medical degree. They still they are in India and are running this facility like India govt hospitals. Please avoid going here and risk your lives with these mannerless uneducated folks.

The staff members (including Fariha & Shaheen) at the testing location in Concord are phenomenal. My visit was very comfortable. Thank you for been patient.

If there was an option for less than 1, I would have given that. Highly unorganized staff. No doctors available to talk. Makes you feel like you are hanging in the middle when you are extremely stressed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

As with many new mothers having a hard time with pregnancy I was overwhelmed but with the assistance and care of Dr. Bedi I was able to calm those nerves and focus on the good. Every visit I had a multitude of questions but he never ever hesitated to answer and make sure I was more confident about things when walking out. Patience is an understatement for Dr. Bedi…he truly provides the comfort one needs from a medical professional. Thank you also to the great care and professionalism that his assistant Nidhi provided. She too made the whole process so much easier but being flexible to my availability for scheduling and ensuring all documents and required scans were provided to me. She was so kind and patient. Thank you truly, Dr. Bedi and Nidhi for providing the utmost care required.

The ladies at the front desk are great, always friendly, kind and able to answer any questions. Lab tech is great as well kind and friendly. 1 ultrasound tech took a while to warm up to me but overall they are great at what they do as well. Dr.Bedi is amazing I have no complaints about him and I'm so happy I didn't pay attention to the bad reviews about him. He is very detailed in everything he does and explains all test and next steps that have to be done. I am truly happy with everything and all staff at Newlife, very happy with my decision to come to this clinic at this location (concord)

This fertility clinic is very amazing. As this is a very busy office but they are busy for a reason! What sets them apart is that they do a full investigation of your issue and do not exclude any necessary testing saving you time. They also call you and advise you of your test results for your bloodwork and ultrasound which is nice because you can ask questions. I completed my full journey of pregnancy here. I had natural pregnancy and my family doctor referred me here. After my first visit i was very pleased to be there. Dr. Bedi explained everything to us during all visits. They made my pregnancy journey very easy. The receptionist Nidhi is wonderful and very hard. I would definetly recommend this clinic. Went to 3 locations and this is the most welcoming, warmth and friendly one. I've met my doctor here and he was also friendly and patient. Dr. Lee. Staff is very friendly, helpful. I'm very happy with my visit here, just wish it was close to my home.

Dr. Vishal Bedi is the best OB. He’s very nice and polite. Very knowledgeable person and always gives the best answer to your questions. Never get annoyed with too many questions instead teach you right things nicely.
