Eagle Moving

We purchased a trike from Ontario last year while we were in Arizona. Jim kept the trike till April when it was delivered to us in BC. Justin at Eagle Moving was our delivery provider and prior excellent service, was very professional and kept us updated on his trip from Ontario to BC. Highly recommend this dealership and delivery service when you are looking to make a motorcycle purchase. Their prices are fair and their customer service is second to one, goes above and beyond! Numerous damaged and broken items:- chair - they repaired it and brought it back to us one week later. This was fine. They glued the split piece of wood instead of replacing the piece so it probably won’t last much longer. They said it was sent to a professional furniture person. I guess professionals glue pieces of wood together for the best quality work.- pressure washer. We noticed it was broken after they left. I got busy with settling in our new place and called past the 72 hours point. They won’t do anything for us. I had to called them back to get an update. Guess they just forgot about us.- bedside table. Noticed that it was damaged but didn’t bother telling them about it since I probably won’t get anywhere or get an update about not getting anywhere.Also on move day we were promised 3 guys. They were all very nice but one was injured and repeated many times that it affected the way he worked. He has a broken collarbone? Return to work 6 weeks later… From what he was saying I don’t think we got 3 guys. The guys did work very hard and they were nice.Disappointed with communication once we are booked and paid (eg. lack of follow up about pressure washer) and the injured man whom we had to pay full rate for.At booking they said I will get a call the day before the move to confirm the details and another call halfway through the move. No call or call back the day before. I called the day before numerous times but didn’t get a hold of anyone. I had to leave a voicemail. I called again in the morning and got someone. The guys called half hour before they arrived. No call halfway through.

I used Eagle Moving to move my small business, I really appreciated that Suzanne was so understanding even though I had to change the date not once but twice! The guys showed up right on time and texted me when they were on their way. They were so incredibly careful with my stuff I was so thankful and happy to have such a nice crew of guys to work with as well. They had the best attitudes and they were fun to be around. Lotsa laughs made the move less stressful! Thank you to Eagle Moving for doing an amazing job, and for putting up with my situation. You guys rock!!!

I would hire someone else, very very very disappointed. Didn't even complete the move. They are moving company that didn't even do the whole move!!!! I had myself and my older kids and some friends with a uhaul truck move all the little things, they only had to focus on the big ticket items. We had very clearly said what we had to move and what we expected. Half way through loading they basically quit, just refused to keep working, said they would go unload what they had loaded then they were done..... The owner had to come out and yell at them, which was extremely awkward. So the owner forced them to go back a get the rest of the big stuff, do mind you, I have been doing 3 loads with little things this whole time as well. Then one of kids over heard the owner talking to the guy she yelled at for having stopped working, and said don't worry

We experienced multiple pieces of damaged furniture including a leather La-Z-Boy couch and side table. I witnessed the movers drop the couch on the front step after literally ramming it through the front door. The weather stripping on the front door was mangled but was replaced the next day. The mover who dropped the couch was apparently let go and replaced with another person upon arriving at the new location. The side table was repaired as best they could but to this day I have not had a response about fixing the couch that was dropped. Jed does not reply to my texts. Jed did a walk through for the initial quote and said one truck will move everything in 8 hours or less. Before we moved into the new place, we made 7-8 trips with my truck loaded each time as we didn't want to go empty. I had to make 3 more trips with my truck after the movers finished for the remainder of my items that I was told would fit no problem on move day. In the end, I was told to either pay the bill as soon as the movers were done or repair the furniture myself. I would not recommend using them if you care about your furniture or your time.

Eagle moving has helped 5 separate family members move and we all have had great experiences! They are diligent, professional, easy going and friendly. Very reasonably priced and super helpful. Coming from another province, and needing to coordinate times, they were super accomodating and all around wonderful to work with. I recommend you to everyone I talk to about needing a mover!Thanks so much guys!

We used Eagle for a local move. The guys that did the moving were excellent, but there were only 2 of them for most of the move. They did bring in a 3rd guy for a few hours. These guys worked their butts off and they were extremely patient with moving the sofas around until I found the perfect spots for them. They took one break in 8 hours and simply went non stop. Gave them 4 stars because they didn't provide enough wardrobes and enough guys to do the job. However, I would gladly recommend them to friends.

I highly recommend Eagle Moving, they were so wonderful to deal with right from the first phone call and so accommodating. The guys that moved us were nice, great attitudes and worked their butts off for us. They were above and beyond my expectations. Make sure you go with this moving company too, you won’t regret it!
