WOW! Just wow. if I can put a 10-star rating I would, I purchased a mint think pad X220 (which is very hard to find a 9 year old laptop in this condition.) from these guys and they treated me as a customer so well, every single question I asked, Dror would answer with a quick response. Dror is excellent, very honest and stands by his products and service. Most honest business owner I have dealt with. I have always been happy with my purchases, all products are well documented and described, and Dror is more than happy to answer any questions. Prices are more than fair, and there are multiple purchasing channels; you can pick up in person, or order online through eBay. He also offers warranties on the parts I've purchased, which is very rare.These are the local, small businesses we should be supporting, and will continue to purchase parts here in the future.

I would highly recommend this place. The owner is highly professional and very customer service oriented. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I cracked the screen on my Lenovo laptop and needed it replaced. He answered my call promptly and provided me with a reasonable quote. He gave me a choice between a used screen replacement or a new screen (with higher resolution). I chose the later, which I didn't know was possible. The next day I brought it in.....fixed in 2 hours!! High quality work and I love my new resolution. He was very polite and friendly. If you want great service, go here. I'm coming back with another Lenovo laptop that needs repair.

I purchased a hard drive months ago. Although it was older hardware I was assured that it was brand new, and was also given a 90 day warranty. It has been running great, no problems. Great service and great products, I plan to return soon for more hard drives as the prices are great.
