Worst company everything was bad from the sales to the actual tools them selves ... China man garbage

worst customer service I have ever had in my life as a sales Rep. Don't ever buy any of their vacs.

I was there October 3rd to have my multimaster repaired and the staff was very friendly and helpful and got back k to me with a quote promptly

After 2 months of having the tool the lock system stopped working. Brought it back to IHL who sent it out to FEIN since it's under warranty and FEIN won't let anyone else fix their tools. After waiting a MONTH, I finally got a call from IHL that it was back from service (had service invoice from FEIN..so I know it was there) and they didn't fix anything!They wrapped up my cord nicely and put the tool back into the box...now waiting for it again after it got resent...

I don't have a problem with the people, but The power tools are not as good as I expected for the price. I thought maybe if I paid extra I would get a good tool but instead I got grief. You are better off buying eBay brand stuff and scrapping it after you're done. the tools have too many internal components specifically fein That are way overpriced.

Had an issue, sent in the tool, got it back fixed rapidly. Thank you Richard Carbis for the excellent service!

Just under 2 months to receive a Price from them Which I had to call multiple times for.. And now going on 3 months on top of the 2 For them to fix my machines I am losing money All they keep telling me is that they're working on it And they'll call me when it's ready You guys should care a little more about the customer at least to tell the truth of how long things i wolud have went somewhere else now my machines are in pieces and I have no other place to go but you guys and no other choice but to wait.. So here I am Waiting on My machines that are being held hostage

I would like to thank the people of whom helped me with my multmaster tool when it started acting up a while ago. They were very decent towards me and actually never even charged me to looking at it after I had made purchase of a part for it that was not the issue with it. I truly appreciate their kindness and honesty in doing business. I had purchased this tool from Home Depot few years ago and it has served me very well on MANY Personal Projects of mine. I had great success with this tool that I would recommend to others. Yes it costed more than other offshore brands, however, I have used other brands that friends of mine had bought and I will say that The German's Really know how to make Tools. I have nothing but the most respect for them. The one I had acquired was the earlier generation product, Heavy, and Rugged, with plenty of power that simply dose not quit under more demanding tasks. I most certainly will consider their power products down the road when the need arises.

Prices might be a bit higher then other brands but you pay for quality. I own an aluminum polishing business and we ABUSE our tools 10-12 hour days non stop in 30 Celsius plus weather and these grinders are Beast. Very pleased with the quality, reliability and awesome customer service. would give a 6 star if i could!

I went there about 2 years ago to have my Multimaster repaired and they gave me excellent service. I totally forgot to write a review then but have finally gotten around to it lol! Super friendly staff and good service.
