Fantastic customer service from the whole staff! I have a full dining set, a buffet and a coffee table from Canadel and the quality is outstanding. I've had it for over a year now and it looks just like the day we received it. I know with the proper care it will last us for a very long time. Worth every penny!

Beautiful store! I love that it is Canadian made. The staff are very knowledgeable about there product. It's nice to have a store that can do custom design. I highly recommend the Canadel Factory Store and can't wait to receive my new dining set!

Sales group were extremely patient and helpful. Custom table delivered with a flaw. It was replaced. Very professional of them to do so. Would not hesitate to buy from this group and will do so in future.

A great place to see a large sample of Canadel products. Please bear in mind that this is an outlet for custom made furniture.They also have a kiosk so you can see what an item would look like based on various custom finishes and coverings.

Ordered a brand new kitchen table back in November. It was delivered in May and we loved it, completely perfect. Now, only 3 weeks later it is totally scratched and looks awful, like we’ve owned it for 20 years. I sent pictures in to Canadel Moncton and received a call back. After admitting that these were the worst scratches he has ever seen, they then said that all wood scratches, we should have used common sense and kept a tablecloth or placemats on the table at all times. When ordering the table not once were we told that we should always keep it covered as their product scratches extremely easily. Based on our experience I do not recommend their product at all and their customer service is very poor.

Cannot recommend any less. Less than two years after delivery, the finish on our table is coming up - grain is lifting and chips are pulling up. The only answer we've received from the retailer is reach out to head office" and head office is now telling us to get it refinished (we have to pay out of pocket). Surface scratches are understandable but chips like this coming out of the finish after two years is unacceptable.Update:Credit where it's due. The retailer reached out to us after hearing the response from head office. They have agreed there is an issue with the table and have scheduled us for a replacement."
