Worst landlords I have EVER HAD. if you have any conversations with Priscilla the office lady from the ontario office you should record literally every phone call/interaction you have with her because she lies through her teeth about repairs being done, units being clean, etc. When I moved into my unit there was literally 3 full bags of trash in the garage, sections of linoleum that were removed from the kitchen, the carpets were supposed to be a beige color and they were charcoal from the dirt residue and build up. My FIRST NIGHT IN MY UNIT MY GUEST TOILET FLOODED INTO MY HALLWAY, VENTS, AND HAS LEFT SIGNIFICANT WATER DAMAGE TO THE GARAGE.
