For full transparency and context on this review, please see my previous review. David, respectfully, I call BS. I also think it's important for your valued customers and potential customers to know the full story when it comes to using your services and for them to judge the facts themselves.1. Had you responded to our numerous emails and phone calls, I would have been delighted to come in and give you back the product to reprint or fix. However neither myself or my PA received a response, despite numerous email and phone call attempts. If you're forgetting receiving these, my mail software tells me you opened our emails over 33 times and 5 times respectively - see screenshots below.2. In response to your rebuttal about file quality and print. After YOU approved the files we sent (see screenshot attached) I have since checked the vector PDF files at maximum zoom on my email client (the exact ones sent to you) to demonstrate they are not pixelated (again, see screenshots). This is what vector files do, they scale without pixelating. You should know, you're a printer after all. In fact on my screenshots attached you can see the file name top left, which says the dimensions, image type and has the word PRINT written on it - this is the file name my professional graphic designer uses when labelling all our files for print. These were given to you at 300 dpi in the exact dimensions being printed, as you requested and approved.3. Finally, as far as COVID delays go. How do you explain why you answered your phone when I was trying to contact you about this issue and then as soon as you heard my voice, hung up? How do you explain that the only response I have received to this issue is once there is a review posted on Google?David, my friend, you aren't telling the whole truth here. In reality, this is the truth. It appears either you or your team inadvertently printed the wrong (JPG) files. If the truth stings, I suggest you should have done something about it when you had the opportunity. This would have been easily resolved with some communication. At worse, it would have been a reprint and re-frame on your part. At best, a delighted customer instead of a disappointed one. Instead, here we are. Good luck in the future.

From start to finish, the people here were informative, efficient and the frame was reasonably priced. I had a custom piece done, and wanted a simple black frame; and that's exactly what I got in less than 2 weeks. Their website was easy to use and the appointment reminder (only 1 email) was helpful. Would recommend this place for anyone who needs custom framing. I am very happy with my purchase!!

Great experience with Frame it on Bloor! I received a family painting (dating back to great, great grandparents) that needed a more modern look before hanging it on our wall. The staff here were so kind and patient as they helped me pick out a new frame. The final product turned out great. I look forward to using Frame it on Bloor again for any future framing needs.

We got 5 prints framed here. The customer service was incredible and it was a quick turnaround. The frames look amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the final product and the price we paid for them. Highly recommend!

Amazing store! Went in to have a print that belonged to my late mother with whom I used to play Scrabble. When we unwrapped print, an old game tile fell out and Katherine insisted that in addition to framing the print that she would do “something special” with the tile and put it in this beautiful little frame free of charge. Such a great experience and will always be coming back here for my framing needs!

Best framers in the city by far. Not only do they do an incredible job (including adding additional finishing touches that other framers ignore) they do a fantastic amount of effort in the planning phase to make sure the framing is exactly what you want.
