Jenny and Stella went above and beyond for my and my friend the other night, they made us feel so welcomed and despite our nails going past closing they took their time, talked and laughed with us. I’ve never had a better experience getting my nails done before and I will be going back there for sure. Truly wonderful customer service and my nails are gorgeous

This nail salon is the best, excellent service they stayed open to accommodate my daughter and I for our pedicures when we didn't realize they were actually closing very nice pedicures I even got asked if I wanted a flower painted on so we had a very nice experience not rushed out at all. Thankyou so very much!!!!

Booked here for 2 mani/pedi’s with 2 specific technicians weeks in advance. Upon getting there, one started on my toes while the second one didn’t start until 30 minutes later. They tried to get someone else to do my finger nails because they decided to take 2 walk-in’s, and had her doing all the maintenance and shaping of them. She cut off all the length of my nails, and by the time she was finished, it was honestly worse than when she had started. When I found out they were trying to get her to paint them, I had to ask to have the girl I originally booked with back, and she had to take me to her station and redo all the shaping and cutting of cuticles. That being said, the lady I booked with, Tracy, was absolutely amazing, professional, and kind. She is very knowledgeable and talented. The salon was clean and the prices were very affordable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning because the environment was so unprofessional and I didn’t feel like a priority at all. I would understand that behaviour if I was a walk- in, but the fact that I had booked these specific services with these specific people and that’s the treatment we received, blew me away.

The staff is lovely and they always do a great job. Other high end salons have damaged my nails but at Regal they are so very careful. The posted Pic is a week old, and regular polish (though I got shellac on the fingers) and still looks fabulous. I recommend these guys over any other salon!

I booked a manicure one day in advance and it was a decent experience. The lady followed my request for a complicated flower design and it turned out amazing. I only have two very minor complaints; when I called over the phone, I asked if they do soft gel and they said they do, however when I arrived for my appointment they told me they don’t do it here. It was most likely a miscommunication which is understandable. Secondly, I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment but the session started 15 minutes late, but it is a busy day for the staff so I was alright with it, even though the nail tech wasn’t as warm or friendly as previously. Overall, I will definitely be coming back again on a less busy day.

This was my go to place for pedicures, but not any more. I was in last week and from start to finish it was less than 30 minutes. The girl doing my nails was obviously sick, coughing, sneezing, blowing her nose. No base coat, no top coat, she missed doing all the prep on one foot completely. Very disappointing.

I just got my gel nails done yesterday and there are distinctive bubbles on my nails(this happens from poor quality and/or not letting every coat dry completely). Also design was poorly executed on second hand (she started rushing). The nail artist was working with another customer at the same time which is problematic as she did not end up doing a nice job on my set.

Very warm greeting , they treated me very professional. I felt like 1 million bucks when I left there , I always get ingrown toenails when I do my own nails, since I have been going to them l never had a problem since. Special thanks to Cathy She’s awesome.!! I highly recommend Regal Nails !!

First time going to this nail salon and I honestly really loved it. I went in with my two daughters and they took all three of us which I was very pleased. Prior to coming here we had went to a different nail salon which we booked an appointment but was treated with bad custumer service. I have heard very good reviews on Facebook about Regal Nails Salon & Spa. Thank you so much for the nice hospitality. My children were very happy to come home with a little treat and some toys. I will most definitely be coming back here as we love our nails so much.
