Jan 3,2022 After visiting Ardene in Aberdeen mall where I was astonished at how poorly the staff treated their customers. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm, friendly and helpful the staff at Ricki's were. Keep up the great work girls...wish I would've gotten names . This is the 3rd time within 3 weeks I visited this store and was treated with great respect and many suggestions. Which led me to make a lot of purchases. I am very observant and big in marketing. Your staff have made a huge impression on me. I will be recommending this location in the local guide as well as word of mouth. You just never know who is watching!! Kudos to Ricki's Aberdeen mall for hiring such competent employees. Update: 2023 and the staff at Ricki's still very pleasant and super helpful with alot of fashion suggestions leading me to spend not only on myself but for my mother as well. After a super long day of shopping and feeling defeated. I stopped into Ricki's and left feeling very satisfied with my purchases. Shelly was super helpful and ordered in things for me that were not in my size. Once again great job and excellent customer service!!!!

The ladies were fabulous, friendly and fun! Very helpful, and honest when it came to opinions on how the clothes looked.

A very friendly and warm welcoming atmosphere. Staff is kind and very helpful. Prices are always sufficient and affordable. I always Love this store and all of its variety of choices and continuous turnover of styles. Very modern and professional looking clothing. Its my favorite store. Thank you for being there

Kamloops store staff were amazing! Helpful, patient, so lovely, & really went out of their way to be accommodating in person & with my online order. Even minutes before closing time!

Shop at Ricki's quite often when I travel to Kamloops. Usually great service -barely get through the door without being asked of I need assistance. This was the one visit where I was needing help in finding a particular item as I work in the professional field. Employee walked by me twice, looked directly at me and didn't even acknowledge me. I was down dressed a little as I wanted to be comfortable with my 2 hour drive. Another lady walked in dressed a bit nicer than me and the same lady jumped to assist her. Curious if this store judges the book by its cover

I was looking for a dress for a special Christmas dinner. I’ve been all through the mall and couldn’t find anything. Went to Ricky’s and the sales person was so helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase I can’t wait to wear it to the function.

Disappointed about the rude staff member, when I wanted to cancel my Sign up she did go through with it, but I couldn't help feeling her resentment and disapproval. It made me feel uncomfortable. I spent a few hundred dollars in the store. I like the clothes, but I didn't like the unprofessional staff member.

I love the 2 blouses I bought yesterday at Ricky's and the staff were very friendly and helpful as usual.
