Quoted a price. Chose the suite. Paid a deposit. Went back to sign all the papers when they asked and the price is now over $100 more which brings it to more than $3200 monthly and told there is no guarantee it won't go up again in a few months. Their word cannot be trusted.***New manager (Chris) has reached out and apologized for the way we were treated. It seems the entire process was not followed according to company policy which would have been to honour the rate quoted. I am satisfied with the explanation and just wish it had been offered at the time as Seasons was our top choice.

I am giving the retirement home a one star rating based on the fact that their management is discriminatory when hiring. I've sent my resume in multiple times for the same position with extensive background history only to be sent the same cookie cutter email after every attempt. If you cant give people the time of day and offer an explanation to why you wont hire a person, you are part of the problem. Do your due diligence. To me it sounds like someone is completely incompetent in management. This isnt a time to be picking and choosing. If you can give someone a job, you should.
