Absolutely the worst Burger King in Canada. Since they opened they have been very consistent with the 20 minute plus wait time and the charcoal burnt burgers. Even their chicken nuggets were overcooked. Never ever going there again. Go to the one on Great Northern Road. They are great.

Haven't been to Burger King for a very long time. Thought I would try it again. Went to the Trunk Rd. as soon as I got my food I could smell chicken. I didn't order chicken but my fries tasted and smelled of chicken. There greese must have been old because it stunk up my car and house with old chicken greese smell. I couldn't eat them, it ruined the meal I won't be back. Frankly it was disgusting, I can't get the smell out of my house.

this was the new spicy whopper melt 40 onions and 3 jalapeño slices. bread wasnt toasted let alone grilled. just raw pieces of bread. this location struggles at best with menu items that are new. very inconsistent location. portions are extremely small and never filled to top ie fries ice cream pop. its like all the money/products are coming from the employees pockets. got two kids meals spicy whopper two small jr chickens two ice cream and the bill was almost 50$

I don't generally go to this particular location. I like to use the app for the points. Today I noticed a mushroom swiss burger...once I logged in, it disappeared... Figured I would change locations... It showed back up.Of the few times I have gone to this location, I have have way more bad experiences than good. Today in particular, the burger was bland fries and rings cold... Fries seemed uncooked, if that's even possible. I seriously have to stop going to this location.

Waited 10 mins in drive through no one.Went inside...had to call for service. Asked for napkins they gave me 1. We had 2 people. The coffee wasn't ready...the oil wasn't hot enough...the potatoes were soaked in grease.They don't give full cups of coffee.They open at 7am we were there after 8am.Will not go back again

Food is usually fresh but drive thru is prioritized, so do not go into BK or you will be waiting 6-10 minutes on average to be served/acknowledged. Not very friendly unfortunately.

I've been coming here for a while now and I've noticed that the quality of the burgers here compared to the Great Northern Rd. location is abysmal. The burgers always come out burnt. There's nothing wrong with the service just that they don't seem to know how to cook a burger. If you want a properly cooked burger I would recommend going to the Great Northern Rd. location.

Customer service is very slow and no coordination in the staff. Everyone on the floor came to me for taking my order but nobody was giving me food. It was just a vanilla shake I waited there for 15 mins.

Ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and fries. Drove all the way home to Desbarats to find out I was given 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese .Also never received a receipt. Only been to this Burger king a few times and they have screwed up my orders the majority of the time

The employees had absolutely no clue what they were doing, the portions were half what they are in any other burger king (cup size included) while being the same price & overall the employees kinda seemed like they just wanted the building to burn down. The girl who served us who was supposed to be wearing gloves; wasnt & when we complained about her not giving our full order, she laughed & then finally realized we werent gonna laugh with her, got the rest of our order.AVOID THIS HOLE.
