Tried to buy the 1998 Sea Ray Bowrider boat that they currently have there on consignment. Very hard to deal with the owner, always made me feel like I was bothering him by trying to buy a boat from him. Wanted to take it for a water test before purchasing, which he said was a normal practice but could never get him to commit to a time, always an excuse and only wanted to do the test during times that I told him in advance we were not going to be available, said they were too busy to book a time! (isn't that why appointments are booked because we are all busy!) Crazy part is that while I was waiting for him to book a water test time, (over three weeks since our offer to purchase was apparently" accepted by the owner

Great customer service and get people there.

He is a racist. When I asked him to see minnow in minnows bag, he denied and said he will no need of my sale. (Answer of the owner's answer: I merely wanted to see minnows in the bag you were packing. I had not touch the bag even. You refused to show. It is my right to see. When I asked second time to see, you used bad language with racist comment. You lied in your answer.)

Can get everything you need for a day out on the lake in at one stop n at a decent price too. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and friendly listening to me go on n on as I tend to do.

Prices were a little pricey and what I believe was the owner was very rude. Could of been having a bad day but there is no room to swear and to be arrogant to customers as a owner.

Always a great selection. Knowledgeable and friendly staff make this place worth the visit. On my latest stop in, I was looking for a hard case for my sunglasses. They had none, but he pulled one from a drawer behind the counter and gave it to me for free. Highly recommend.

Over the years I have gone to see Frank at Bridgenorth Sports & Marine for my fishing addiction. A great selection of equipment (rods, reels, tackle, boat supplies, etc). Have found the staff to always be really knowledgable and give good advice. If they don't have it, they can order it. So for higher end items like trolling motor and sonar, etc ... just have to ask and Frank can give a quote and order it. It's always good to shop local and for many years Bridgenorth Sports has been a great family run local shop. (and a little secret ... he loves hot rods ... so talk classic hot rod cars with him and you'll have a new best friend)

if you felt you have been over charges before just try this place. If you try and do the right thing and deal local this has not worked out for me. After buying an electric motor and fish finder for about 3 grand and told 80 bucks an hour to install it i got charged 95. had a few extras done, very minor and got a bill for 1570.00. an absolute joke. asked them to check out outboard. not even looked at. 12 hours labor charges. they did hand write a detailed summery. must have taken them 8 hours to do that.

Frank Latham is amazing. My husband and I are new to the area, he set us up with some fishing gear for Buckhorn lake. Great day fishing thanks to Frank!Will continue to shop there, recommend you visit!

Horrible customer service owner yelled at my wife when she asked them for help .needs to learn how to run a business. When I asked them to fix my boat owner said All they do is drop your boat in water. I don’t understand why people run a business saying they fix boats when they dont! He will be losing my business along with many others . Good luck with that. How did my wife barge in when it’s an open garage and no one was in there . So she knocked on the door to you coming out screaming at her. are you not a business. So your telling me people cannot come into your business ???. Your wife or whoever that was . Was directing me into the boats and was not helping at all! Thanks to another person driving by stopped to help me thank god ! There is some nice people out there! Also one of your other customers was nice enough to tell me another place to take my boat as you would not help me at all. you said go check the yellow pages .I think you should re evaluate your business plan because it’s horrible worst customer service I’ve ever had . And no she didn’t offer to back it up for me . Lies . And by the way I checked out that one other boat place that your customer suggested and you said it was your uncle they dont even know who you are lol joke!
