I brought my Tesla Y Performance in for a windshield replacement. Booking the appointment was handled by Katelin, she was professional and explained the process very well. Overall I was pleased with the work and that they took the time to ensure my car was returned in the condition is was received, “clean”. I was told they would need the car for 24hrs. I dropped my car off at 10m but my appointment was for 1PM so I structured the following day leaving between 1 and 2PM open. At 10AM the following day, the car went for a 32min road test however following that it just sat on the lot. When I finally called at 1PM, I was told the car was been detailed. I did not receive my car till 4:20PM. Each hour of my day, has a value attached, so for me the hour I blocked was a loss, plus the additional time I had to take to retrieve my car. In my situation the communication from Fix Auto Abbotsford East, with regards to completion time has some opportunity for improvement. Will I be back, definitely.. I will just ask more questions at booking.

I'm rating Fix Auto Abbotsford East at 4 stars as improvement can be made in administration. Both ICBC and I had to follow up for the assessment report & photos to be uploaded to my claim. The front office may have been busy on the 4 times I was in their office, but on each occasion, I did not feel like a valued client. I had to return the first courtesy vehicle as there was a problem either with the fuel pump or the transmission. A courtesy vehicle was required as I have a lengthy commute & my vehicle was in repair for 5 days. I can overlook these issues as the workmanship on my EV was exceptional. They found additional damage during the repair caused by the hit & run. They went over all the work completely and were thorough. If needed in the future, I will return to Fix Auto Abbotsford East. They are very familiar with EVs.

Very middling experience. Would have given it an average 2.5 if I could.Pros:-good and friendly front end staff. I interacted with admin and estimators and they were all helpful and cordial.-the actual work. Well done and I am happy.Cons:-tardiness. The end quote listed 8.5 hrs of work from the staff and yet it took a good 21 days to return my car. The delivery date was changed 3 times and it would have been changed a 4th time if my enforcer of a spouse did not call them up and voiced displeasure. My insurance did not cover a courtesy car, so booking a car for 21 days and constantly updating it on a short notice was quite expensive. I appreciate the work that was done but next time I will look for a different body shop simply because of the inconvenience it has caused me

Worst experience is understatement for them. They don't even deserve one star. It will take a note book to write my experience with them. No energy. So, take the following caution as serious as possible.For those who are considering going here, you choose this place only if you have no where else to go. I repeat, if you have no where else to go. Good luck.

Professional, courteous but CRAZY busy due to parts/labour shortages. Plan to wait up to months.I saw 2 people come in, be rude to everyone because they had poor coverage or wanted a truck instead of a Golf but didn't want to pay more. Despite this, the reception workers were still polite and effective.

My first time visiting this place it was great, great people, fast efficient staff and great communications with us in regards to our claim! Our second visit not so much, no communication (I had to call ever 30 days to get a update) empty promises (was told our car would be repaired the moment the glass arrived. That never happend...in fact until I requested a supervisor call back the person who called seemed to careless when I had my glass replaced because it was definitely not her problem) never did get the call back, but she did make sure that after 3 months our car was repaired the next day once the call back was requested!Would I come back here....depends if another authorized tesla repair galss plCe opens up in the area probably not but until then I guess I will.

I had a windshield that needed to be repaired and was referred to Fix Auto in East Abbotsford. I am happy that I took my vehicle to this location as I received excellent service from the initial phone call of booking the appointment to the final pick up day. They are so diligent with their paperwork and organized. The best part is that they have great communication. I was unable to pick up my car before closing time and they were so flexible, they provided me with paperwork over email and ensured everything was completed for pick up after hours. Very smooth and easy process. The best part is that they detailed my car after the repair and I am so grateful! The car is so clean, including the trunk! I look forward to referring them to family and friends in the future. They have wonderful staff!

These guys fixed some of the damage I had, but neglected some damage. I've now called them two days in a row regarding the neglected damage, and so far they have not got back to me.. Looks like I'll have to call icbc to get it straightened out. I'm thinking they were trying to get away without repairing the neglected damage. Not impressed at this point. We'll see where it goes from here, but I doubt I'll use Fix Auto again after this bs.

I have used them 3 previous times and been extremely satisfied.this time it looks like the paint was put on heavy. A bit of orange peeling, although minor. The edges look like a run of paint pouring down the edge from the clear coat. The one star review is because the day I was supposed to pick up the car, I was told they would fix it and it would be a day or two. They call the next day and it looks the same, appeared like nothing was done. The estimator was getting snarky because I wasn’t happy. “It is industry standard”, she repeated over and over again. I asked to talk to the manager and I have to wait 2 weeks. Not ok. Talked with ICBC the estimator tells me yes it is heavy, but fixing it may make it worse or could cause future problems. Very unimpressed. They have lost a repeat customer.
