Loved my experience here. Danielle and Maryellen were wonderful supports throughout my pregnancy and have been wonderful postpartum. Melanie ended up delivering my daughter due to some funny circumstances and she was excellent too. I’ve felt so supported and have never felt like I had silly questions, despite all of my worry being a first time mom. I have recommended the community midwives of Brantford to all of my expecting friends!!

The care we received from our midwives & the entire staff at Midwives of Brant was nothing shy of incredible. We were sad to say goodbye after our 6-week postpartum appointment. Our midwives were kind, gentle & extremely knowledgable. They made my husband & I feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. We will 100% be recommending them to others & using these services in the future.

There really is no reason to not have a midwife if health-wise you are able to! I had Kelly & Heather and I remember continually tossing back and forth in my mind at every visit as to who was my favourite. They both surpassed any expectations I had of midwifery care with flying colours. Both my husband & I would highly recommend considering the Community Midwives of Brantford for your pregnancy, labour, birth, & postpartum care. The care is phenomenal!

Had a great experience with Heather and Melanie! They both were very informed and worked together well, I never felt like I needed to see one over the other. They offered lots of helpful tricks and tips during my pregnancy and labor. The student following them Melanie was amazing I cannot say enough good things about her. She was super knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her taking the lead whenever my midwives gave it to her. I highly recommend getting a midwife the office staff were always helpful when I needed a question answered by my midwives and we're quick to get any messages to them! Loved my experience, they made the process go as smoothly as it could.

First time mom here. The midwifery care I received at CMOB was 1000% superior to what I was receiving from my family doctor's office. My appointments with my midwives weren't ever rushed, they always started on-time, there was never a long wait time, and questions were encouraged - never limited. The office environment is warm, welcoming, and friendly. When my water broke early, my midwife returned my call within minutes and was there to meet me at the hospital late at night and into the early morning hours. She was present at a very fast-paced, premature birth with very little notice, and I felt taken care of in the early postpartum hours when everything was new and confusing. I only wish I had been in midwifery care earlier on during pregnancy. I wasn't placed until my second trimester.

Community Midwives of Brantford played a crucial role in our journey to give birth to our baby. They made the whole process easy for us at a point where all hope was lost in getting registered for antenatal, having an obstetrician, and the hospital to deliver. Allison went all out to ensure we got the necessary help, and she showed a genuine desire to help address our concerns, including getting an ultrasound done. Her selflessness, love, and care convinced us that that was the right atmosphere for us.Our Midwives, Michele and Teagan, were amazing. They were always available and ready to answer our numerous questions. With them, the journey was a smooth sail. They were there before, during, and after delivery for postpartum care.We are eternally grateful to everyone at Brantford Community Midwives. Their excellent and professional service is one to be emulated by other organizations. They were always available to take and return phone calls, and we trusted them as they always gave us valuable information promptly.We wish to enjoy their service again.❤️❤️❤️

This was my third birth, first with a midwife and it was the best experience! They respected what I wanted and ensured I was well taken care of in pregnancy and after birth. Definitely coming back if I ever have another baby!

I am very pleased with the care I received from the community of midwives Brantford. I opted for midwifery care as opposed to an OBGYN because they offer a much personalized care. Heather and Kelly were just amazing. They always explained everything thing to me, were very professional and very friendly. I will recommend them a 100 percent and if I have other kids I will totally want them to care for me again.

Kelly and Heather were a joy to work with throughout my pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We felt so confident in their knowledge and skill, but also genuinely enjoyed our appointments with them, and our labour and birth with Kelly and her student. I had one appointment with my backup midwife and her student, which was great, because I felt even more comfortable with them assisting with my birth. We loved the fact that we made decisions as a team, as I really valued our midwives expertise, and they also respected our wishes. The office staff were also wonderfully helpful and organzied. We had such a positive birth experience, I would always recommend CMOB.
