Pizza Hut Hamilton
We walked into a ghost town and were not explained what was happening. We ordered our food which no special was added. We sat down at an none wiped down table and were hollered at for our food. We got our food and sat back down. Went to use the facilities and for a very quiet place the washrooms had toilet paper all over the floor, countersink was dirty and there was mold on the walls. Handicap bathroom was worse and the floors look like they had not been cleaned. We left our garbage on the table as no one told us what to do after. I did not tip as I did most of the work. I will NEVER go back to this establishment in Hamilton again.

Tried calling for delivery, couldn't get through for over 30 mins. Stupid me decided to drive there. For 1, the place itself was filthy. No exaggeration. 3 ppl dining in and the washrooms look like they hadn't been cleaned in over a month. Gross. The order counter" covered in stuck on dust. The manager sat on a chair playing on his phone as the poor girl wrking didn't really know how to use the computer

I would not even give 1 star to this place! worst customer service and food ever had. Order pizza to be delivered even though mentioned will pay by cash he didnt brought change nor debit machine. The pizza was slanted on one side and all topping was on one side. even we felt the pizza was not fresh and there was a stale smell to it. NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION.

Very disappointed with the quality of my food. I ordered a triple treat box for my family and myself last night. The two medium pizza's that came in the box were majority crust compared to toppings and sauce. I don't think I will be returning.

First of all I'd like to start off by thanking KEVIN, the gentleman who answered my call. They were very busy and getting close to close! Thank u sooo much for your great customer care skills. This order was a couple of Weeks ago but I still need3d to write in this mesg. I made a mistake and not the kitchens fault. He fixed up our order and had it delivered. Thanks again Kevin and driver. This is why we buy from here, not only the tasty food but your service. We'll be ordering again soon!

So we decided to visit this location as we had a gift card. We had not need to Pizza Hut on 20 plus years so when we walked in we were a little set off. Even though there is a dinning room they do not have table service which took away from enjoying the stay along with no plates, cutlery or glasses for the bottle drinks they sell. When we entered we didn’t know we had to order and pre pay then wait to be called to the counter to get our order, just miss that old school feel they use to have even more so missing that ice cream dessert bar and salad bar. I don’t know about the other reviews but the pizza was awesome and tasted amazing. Just bring back that old school feel!

I have really great memories of this location from when I was kid. A friendly smile welcoming you at the door. Being seated and served. Now it's like a Distopian future we're you are not greeted at an empty restaurant, must grab your own food and pay up front. You can dine in" but not get served? You eat at a table like picnic style. Disappointing. Only gave 2 stars because my son enjoyed the pizza."

Pizza Hut used to be one of the premiere pizza places. Now the only thing left of that time appears to be the prices. The pizza crust was undercooked while the toppings were overcooked This Hamilton Upper James location had no table service and simply allowed us to use their tables to eat from the takeout box on a paper plate. This was a profoundly disappointing experience from a formerly great pizza place. There are many other places for pizza, I would suggest you go to any one of those instead.
