Small JLG Man Lift - Inquired about the $482 delivery charges on my bill just to be told it is what it is.According to Google Maps we are located only 4.1kms from the rental location and we were charged $200 to deliver and another $200 to pick up. On top of that there is also an $82 delivery surcharge. As a business operator I am aware of the current climate but this is just bad business.So a few things learned here. 1. unlike everyone else who's delivery/pickup fees include mileage, labour, fuel, wear and tear, etc. Sunbelts does not. 2. The delivery/pickup formula Sunbelt has applied equates to $117.56 per kilometer which is rediculous. 3. This is why Complete Rentals Orillia has been around since way before Sunbelt and will be here much longer after Sunbelt.For the identical piece of equipment:Sunbelt Rental cost $749.95 plus taxesComplete Rental Orillia $280.00 plus taxes.That's 2.6 times the amount for the same piece of equipment.
