Great service tonight greeted and gave lovely service at the register !I always find a treat in here

Staff was kind, there was so much selection. Many different candies and collectables that you are unable tonormally buy in Canada. Very reccommended to come and check it out.

This is fun store. When I looking for something fun or jokes I will go there.

So far not impressed when it comes to wanting to return an item during lockdown. I have been calling and calling and calling, no one picks up the phone. All I want to know is how they handle return items during lockdown. The store does have several unique items, but needs to improve their customer service.

Always fun whimsical items in this store- my go to for finding something different. Staff is very friendly!

I never leave reviews but the staff that was working last night was incredibly rude. I’ve been to this store multiple times before and have never had an issue but when we were walking through the store last night we got yelled at and told to leave. Apparently we had opened an item which we did not do? We were completely respectful in the store and were just looking around so to be yelled at and accused of something we didn't do is terrible. Won’t be back.

This is regarding Guelph Stone Rd location. They sell expired items needless to say this is regarding the big blonde woman working there her name is apparently Amanda. Not only she lied pretending she couldn't remember I came day before but then she apparently remembered magically every item I bought. She asked for receipt I said idid not take it from you. Then she pulled up my receipt but still did not want to refund. Cookies were expired 2 mo ago. She told me to eat i said I won't eat old food. Needless to say I left her 4$ cookies and told her to enjoy them..hope you get diarrhea woman. . Disgusting woman should be fired. Never ever returning again. I suggest you watch her on camera today 31 st may around 12.

Some neat stuff. I got a large squishmallow for half off and it's amazing. I don't go to the mall much but I will be visiting this store each time I do.

The store is interesting but the employee/owner was completely rude. Was browsing and couldn't help but to notice her following us around as treating us as if we were shop lifters. Also after some time browsing items she said we had spent enough time playing around". When we were looking to purchase some gifts for family. After she said this we decide to not give this store any of our business. Will not return here due to rude staff."

Amazing store ! I was looking for a certain squishmallow plush and they helped me find the one I wanted right away , super fast responses and great customer service ! 100% recommend shopping here
