This is the most incredible mineral store in Ottawa. The customer service is excellent and always extremely friendly. I have NEVER been disappointed in their stock or knowledge. I recommend rainbow minerals to everyone I know, and will continue to do so.

Came in looking for some precious stones. And I left with an absolute experience!! When I went in I was greated by an environment that was peaceful and welcoming. The service was above and beyond anything I was expecting. If you need anything in the metaphysical market or just some quality beads and supplies. You would be amiss if you didn't venture to this amazing spot!!

I went there and I got a tour of the place right away by a helpful staff member. The selection was incredible!! Everything was laid out so nicely and the prices were amazing. Overall a very welcoming atmosphere. I love this store and will definitely be visiting again soon!

I really like this store!!! The owner (Ashley I believe) is very helpful in finding all the tools and materials you might need for your jewelry, She has helped me tremendously with my questions and advice. 10 star out of 5In my purchases for silver smithing tools and materials, I have found some very lovely crystals, minerals, specimens, birth stones and so much more that I wish I could add to my collection!Thank you Rainbow Minerals!!!See you again soon

This is a great store if you are into jewellery making/crafting. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I visited for the first time last week, and was not disappointed. A staff member gave me a tour of the store, explaining how things work there. They are a wholesaler, so their stock is impressive, but also very pricey, which is the only downside to it that I found. I would have given the store a 5/5 if not for that. That being said, however, I did see some things that I haven’t seen at other places. I would highly recommend looking into their vendor discount, which saves you 20%, as that can help to offset the high cost of their products somewhat. Just a note of something to be prepared for: you have to lock up your bag/purse/wallet when you enter the store, inside a little personal locker near the front. I’m sure this is to prevent theft, which is very smart, but it did catch me off guard! would highly recommend checking them out, especially if you are into making beautiful bracelets/necklaces!

A great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ash was very helpful and accommodating in finding the right stone for my needs, and she went ahead and helped set the intention for me as well. Highly recommend this store for your gem and crystal purchases!

A must see. I was greeted at the front door with a smile and an offer to get a tour! Attention to customer service is their niche. The variety of product is amazing. The quality is very high- and the prices are incredibly reasonable.I travel for my job and I get to visit Bead & Crystal stores all over the world, this is in my top 5 list for sure!!!Highly recommend this little piece of heaven in Ottawa~
