Henrietta was Fabulous! We called with a large last minute order. I explained the situation to her and she was very take charge on the phone and assured me she could have this ready within the hour for me. When I arrived my order was ready to go and the transaction was seamless. She did a beautiful job of assembling my arrangement and the quality of fruit was excellent.The only reason I wouldn’t rate 5 stars is because I do believe that the price for such arrangements are a bit too high given the time to prepare and the cost of fruit. I understand the overhead it takes to run a business but the pricing is a bit steep for just fruit in my opinion. Otherwise a great experience.Thank you!

Received a mug arrangement...Fruit was over-ripe and presentation not appealing (kale base was completely wilted) Clearly not delivered in an air-conditioned vehicle on a 25degree day...Don't recommend

I received a tray of chocolate covered strawberries as a gift. It was freshly prepared and the strawberries were fresh. This is my second time receiving a gift from this location and both times it was a great experience! Thanks!

I ordered chocolate strawberries and balloons for my husband for our 10 year anniversary and they were delivered WITHOUT the balloons that I had paid for and with HAIR tangled through the hardened chocolate. We are so disgusted.

Placed an order early afternoon for same day delivery. Never got a call never got an update, nothing was delivered as a condolence basket. Should of ordered flowers instead for same day . They would of actually been delivered.I had got a delivery from these guys a few months back and as stated in some of the previous reviews, the fruits I received were not fresh, but I thought you had have 2 bad experiences.

As a longtime customer, I'm saddened and disappointed by the service I received this Mother's Day.The fruit basket I ordered for my mom arrived in poor condition. The fruit was overripe to the point of rotting, the chocolate melted, and the overall presentation was very unappealing. My mom, ever gracious, didn't want to upset me, but the photos she sent me were hard to stomach. It's important to note here that this was not a matter of aesthetics, but one of food safety.When I contacted customer service, the response was lackluster. It took me two days and repeated calls to finally speak with a manager. I was then informed that they had been aware of an issue with their refrigeration system, which had led to the subpar quality of the fruit. They apologized and offered a refund and a replacement, but the damage was already done.I was disappointed not only with the poor quality of the product but also with their decision not to notify me of the issue. If I'd been informed earlier, I could have made alternative arrangements for Mother's Day. The lack of communication was disheartening.Moreover, it's concerning that they knowingly sent out a product that was below their usual standards and potentially unsafe. The decision to prioritize sales over customer safety and satisfaction is deeply troubling.In summary, my experience with Edible Arrangements this Mother's Day was far from pleasant. They've lost my trust and my business due to this incident. While they offered to make amends, the entire situation could have been avoided with better communication and a more responsible approach to handling their product issues. I urge potential customers to take this into consideration before making a purchase.

Thank you guys so much! My Mom's birthday martini bouquet was a huge hit. The presentation was perfect and the fruit was so delicious. I absolutely recommend you. Also, a thank-you for the gift box tasters I received when I ordered. That was unexpected and very appreciated. Your customer service has been perfect with every interaction.

Uninterested staff looks like they hate being there. Bought a platter they had in fridge with 2-3 balloons. After I purchased it the front girl removed them from it. Just asked if it was for show and decoration only and goes yupp..First and last time here. I should have looked at reviews, no wonder this place is 3.9
