Oasis Lawn & Snow

Used Oasis for snow removal and spring lawn clean up. Efficient and professional! Will be using them again in the winter.

When the work gets done, does a decent job for the price. Unfortunately suffers from bad communication, and not consistent work quality. We had 5 trees removed in total with stumps. Some stumps were ground out really well, others less so. We discussed, and paid for (in cash) the work before it got done, and on 2 occasions the job was left not finished with us having to message and initiate the conversation why. I understand equipment failure happens and things come up, but if the job isn't done on the timeline provided I don't want to be chasing down my contractor to find out why. With him being a 1 man operation, you'll be left hanging if anything happens. There's a lot of other landscaping companies out there with better communication and reliability. We had to hire another to finish the job Oasis had left unfinished.
