Been with John R. Duffy insurance for 10 years for home and auto. Service and pricing has always been excellent. I received a call from one of the reps a few days ago informing me that my current auto coverage provider would be increasing however they suggested another company they work with that was lower than what I was paying! Feels great to know this company is looking out for my best interest. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been dealing with Brian Duffy for my insurance needs since earlier this year and it’s been a pleasure thus far. He’s personable and thorough in explaining the details of how different policies and coverages work. After getting a competitive price with them on my home and auto insurance I decided to switch over my commercial business insurance to their camp, as well - makes it easier for me knowing I can deal with one broker for everything. Brian has always been good about returning calls and emails in a timely fashion, too, which I appreciate. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Duffy insurance brokers by an online website when I was searching for the cheapest car insurance I can get. I had no idea the whole process would work out but I was very surprised and impressed. I'm really happy Duffy took care of my insurance. Specifically, Brian was super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He went out of his way to issue me a new policy with a better price than the previous one I had, was very honest, taught me things I had no idea about and most importantly made me feel like family. I contacted John Duffy Insurance via the general email address provided on their website. No response after a week, so then I tried direct email, again using addresses from their site. Another week, and still no reply or acknowledgement of any kind!
