Drive through runs slowly most days but staff is normally very nice and drinks normally good.

Service is incredibly slow. Staff seem confused. Last time i was in there I left because it smelled so bad. The microwave is filthy and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Ditto for the seats on Wendy's side.where the backs are greasy and stained. Management not doing a good job. We now take our business to the Tim's on Starrs Road which is convenient, CLEAN, and fast.

Drive through was extremely slow at noon. I understand that they are busy, but nearly 25 minutes definitely isn't fast food.

Service has always been good at this location. I had ordered a farmer's breakfast wrap with bacon the other day, and they had ran out of egg for some strange reason. How you run out of egg is beyond me. So they asked what I wanted aside from the egg, so I ended up with sausage. It was good, but not as good as it would have been with the egg on it. Aside from that my coffee was great as always, I love there dark roast. Will I keep going this location? The answer is Yes.

Service is hot and cold depending on who your server is and who you are. Hubby gets top shelf service, me, not so much.

Nice and clean Tim's, alot of vehicles waiting in tge drive thru atleast 10. No one inside walked in got my coffee and out the door in about 2 minutes. The line up for drive thru just gets longer while I sit on bench having my coffee. Staff very friendly.

Quick at the drive thru, always busy in the mornings and lunch times.. here’s a trick, order via the app and just run inside to grab your coffee. So much faster than sitting in your car for 15 minutes when there dozens of people idling their vehicles. Then you can go and sit by the bay and chill while you look over the bay.

Food and service was excellent, staff are so friendly. Restaurant was VERY busy at lunch time.
