Library Parkade
The parkade currently has the worst management in the past 20 years. These people either don't care or have absolutely no clue how to manage this parking facility. Parkade keeps taking in vehicles long after it has reached its full capacity. Then you enter a maze on three parking levels with lines of frustrated motorists and areas with construction. No stuff directing or assisting. They used to place stuff at the entrance redirecting traffic in previous years. Not anymore. A very frustrating experience. Add all the homeless folks on narrow stairwells on a daily basis. I will be avoiding parking here as much as I can.
