Worst Jeweler Ever I Would Not Recommend AnyOne To Go To White Carat Rip Offs!!! Extremely Over Priced For Basic Quality Merchandise. As The Years Go On They Keep On Getting Worst Especially The Bramlea Location. They Do Not Care About Costumer Satisfaction Very Misleading Employees, I Would NEVER GO BACK.

Contacted white Carat Co through instagram, ended up buying 3 pieces worth about $6800 in total.For one of the chains I paid an extra $300 for an upgrade - I was told the upgraded chain would be around 8-9 grams in weight.I received the chain and when I weighed it it was 2 grams.Contacted Franky in hopes of rectifying the situation, at first he replied and I was told we would work something out. 4 months go by and nothing. So I decided to reach out and see if anything could be done- still haven’t received a reply. It’s sad, if we were able to work something out I was ready to buy more pieces. I know $300 isn’t a lot compared to what I spent, but it’s the principal. Worst thing is- I actually recommend this place to my friends. But that has since changed. Will never recommend this place again . They are literally being sleaze-bags over $300 when I spent over $6800

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went to the bramalea location to get a gift for my best friend and wanted two pure silver rings. NOT STERLING SILVER. I asked multiple times to ensure it was pure silver and they assured me it was, which it was not. That’s not the worst part though. They gave me one ring at the time of purchase and kept the other one to resize it. Week after week they refused to give the ring as it wasn’t ready until I threatened to take my money back. THE MINUTE I PICK UP THE RING A DIAMOND FALLS OUT!!!! I left the ring there again (had no other choice) to fix the diamond and not once did they call me back with any updates even though I said I will be expecting a call from them regarding my product. Guess what else? The ring I took home at the time of purchase also has diamonds falling out of it now. They offer no help and are extremely stingy when it comes to money and refuse to compensate you. PLEASE DONT COME HERE. They do not care about anything except money and they up charge you so much. Go next door to pandora and you’ll be better off I assure you.

A top tier jewelry store with a grand variety of selection, exceptional service by the staff that took time to answer all my questions and show me the items I wanted to buy from them. Despite their volume of business the staff got back to me in a prompt manner. They shipped my order overnight with free delivery and everything arrived as quoted with certificates. When I buy again it will be with no one else but White Carat Co. Thanks Franky & Staff!

I don't recommend selling your gold here. Or even buying any gold here, it is way overpriced for the weight and carat that they offer.I left my gold here for 1 day and was promised an estimated value for my gold and when I came back the next day, they insisted I leave it there for ANOTHER day and I'll be receiving a call in the evening.Not professional at all. A complete waste of my time and gas.The guy told me he can ''promise'' me $500, and when I went to Cash for Gold I received over $1500. So, if you want to be scammed and ripped off you should come here. Otherwise take your business somewhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY JEWELRY!!!! THEY SELL OVERPRICED FAKE JEWELRY. You can get what they sell off of Amazon for cheaper!!! Bought “10K gold” earrings here for $200+ and they gave my ear lobes an infection. Also both earring stems were tarnished within ONE WEEK of having them in, which is the reason why my ears got infected. Not pleased with the quality of their jewelry. Avoid this place at all times!!!! Also the people that work here are con artists… This place is a joke.

Franky diamonds sold me a memorial pendant advertised as vvs took to a second jeweller and he swapped it out for a si diamond version of it when I had picked it up

This company is unethical, on paper says it’s refunds you your money but behind the scene it does not. Buyers beware. If you order on line they will ask you for more money in USD, like scammer, but when you disagree to send them more money they take your money and try to keep it. They fraudulently, sent you pictures of the transaction they say they sent but in reality and confirmed by Canadian banks they are NOT. They have a poor rating on the BBB . Soon there will be a small claims action law suit against them because at this point it’s not about the money they take from customers but about protecting the consumer. They send texts after text but can never come to the phone.
