Wolfe Canmore - Chevrolet GMC Buick

We had a tire that was rapidly leaking air that we discovered on our trip to the Banff area last week. We showed up to Wolfe Canmore first thing in the morning hoping to get the tire fixed in time to make our shuttle up to the lakes. The customer service in the service department was awesome and they were able to get us up an running in time to make our plans a reality.

Quickest and easiest purchase I’ve ever made. I dealt with Steve, Harrison and Melanie everything was done over the phone within an hour and I picked up my truck the next day. When I arrived at the dealership everything was ready to go and I was on way way with in the hour. Great people no BS and straight forward. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.

The transmission in our truck went last September. We received it back last week… 10 months. Besides taking an unreasonably long time - it was filthy. Beyond regular truck use. Filthy. When we started cleaning up we noticed three things. All the change/cash/cheques usually floating around the truck was missing and there were court documents for someone we’ve never heard of in the truck. The hood was also dented. Upon conversations with staff - we learned they did find the truck unlocked and the hood was also lifted. They never notified us of this. We suspect someone was living in our truck. We contacted the RCMP and are waiting for their investigation to conclude. It’ll be tricky to place the individual in our truck, however, because the cameras at Wolfe are not operational! So… no security system! In the meantime management (people who are in a position to make this right) has not contacted us to discuss this at all. They seem very casual and unconcerned. I wonder how they’d feel if this happened to them. We’ve scheduled a detail with our guy. We’ll figure out the dent in the hood I guess. We’ll likely be contacting our lawyer next week… maybe management will talk to her? We won’t be taking any of our Gm/chev products to Wolfe and advise you don’t either. This is by far the worst service experience we’ve ever had and my husband is a die hard Gm guy. Ick. Someone with “no fixed address” was in our truck… for God knows how long. It’s one thing to have the vehicle vandalized it’s another for the dealership to ignore it. Shockingly unprofessional. Drive somewhere else if possible.

DJ was professional, patient and informative during the purchase of my new car! The best car sales agent I have ever had. Very honest!The whole team at Wolfe Canmore really went above and beyond!

Unfortunately the technician put the wrong oil in my engine and did not lube (grease) the vehicle. I have no confidence that there was any learning in my bringing back the vehicle to have these errors amended as well as the fact that the service manager advised me that greasing is not part of an oil, lube, filter service.

Can't say enough good things about Wolfe Chevrolet service department! Katie the service representative, and Adrian the service tech were awesome to deal with, they dropped everything they were working on to look at my truck's Check Engine light (I walked in with no appointment), and Adrian explained the problem, cleared the trouble code, and we were done within 10 minutes. It gave us such peace of mind for our return trip to Regina, we couldn't thank them enough. You guys are awesome!

My recent order and purchase of a 2023 Tahoe RST Performance Edition through Wolfe Canmore Chev Buick GMC was an excellent experience in every regard. I've also recently brought-in my Avalanche for service work which was also a great experience. Historically I've dealt with a few big city dealerships and can confirm that the customer care and work ethic towards providing superior service at Wolfe Canmore is second to none! The entire staff from the service department, parts, sales and finance are friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally service oriented. Senior management has obviously succeeded with instilling a very good culture within this gem of a dealership. A big thanks to DJ and Steve for getting a hold of one of the first Performance Edition Tahoe's to hit Alberta and going to bat for me with the extra incentives. And thanks to Mel for getting everything lined-up for me.

We were traveling through and had a check engine light come on. I called and spoke with Katie who said to stop by and they would throw the code reader on it and see what they could do. Adrian came out and found it was just an airlifter and put it right on for me. Both Katie and Adrian are friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend them and appreciate their helpfulness!

My recent buying experience with Wolfe Canmore was fantastic!! DJ went above and beyond when finding my used sierra 1500. Mel made the paying for part stress free. After I got the truck home I had a couple little issues and Katy in service handled it like a pro.To sum it up, all the staff at Wolfe Canmore really care and I would highly recommend them! It’s always nice to take your vehicle to a place where you think they’re going to take care of you. The service staff is fantastic. Offered me a ride home. Finish the truck on time and it works and runs great.
