The veggie burger was pretty good. Not the best, but certainly better than most. At first, we thought the place was closed. When we arrived, no one was there. It definitely wasn't busy.

It was our first time coming here we just moved up here but very very disappointed. Poor service, we got there it was empty, waited very long to get any service got drinks after I called on another waitress attention, beer was flat. 4 tables that came after us got serviced first. Nachos were not good, no taste at all, pizza was cold and tasteless when we finally got it dough has no flavour tasted like water and flour nothing especial…. We ate it because everyone was hungry and it was already late to go anywhere else.Other Pizza places are cheaper and have better pizza I’m very disappointed with Boston Pizza.It was the first and last time coming here

Giving a 3 star only because the manager was super friendly and tried hard to resolve. We had super poor service, maybe she was new but she was also just never around at all. Take forever to get her attention so waited long time to get order in. The chicken bowl was missing the sauce, nachos and kids meal came out last. Not the locations fault but the franchise needs to look at reducing the pepper in the meals especially since the meatballs are offered as a kids meal, my daughter couldn't eat it at all and was even spicy for me. The au jus for the big dipper is so spicy and this isn't the first location I've noticed that. Ruins the sandwich and very unnecessary.

Hey guess some of the staff lack some serious common sense at this specific location. We ordered a pizza and some apps and stuff I get it the boxes are are recatangler and we can play Tetris while packing peoples food but who in the right mind would pack a pizza side ways :| not only that they forgot our dip for our bandera bread lol . Seriously would try to put a little bit more effort and things should start shaping up around here

Just had an amazing experience with the server MAC. She was so amazing. Attentive and extremely friendly. I'm also an experienced server and have worked with a lot of great people. I would be honored to work with such a great person!

My husband and I ended up at this location on a Friday night around 10 PM. We didn’t realize that they would be closing in an hour and apologized to our server when there were 10 minutes left until close. Naomi, who I also believe was the manager assured us that we could finish our meals and not to rush. We obviously tried not to take advantage of her kindness but we really appreciated the courtesy. The food was great and we enjoyed what must have been our fourth date night since having our toddler. Thank you to the staff, we will be back soon!

Just moved to Bradford and thought I try the Boston pizza near my house. Went to order take out and had great customer service experience with Chris (female lady) at the cash. Since I don’t order from here much she explained all the options and helped me pick my meal for my family. I willDefinitely recommend and what a good first impression of this restaurant.

I miss the spicy pierogi burger, but there are a lot of good things on the menu.I enjoy the fettuccine jambalaya, but the burgers are always tasty and the pizza is also quite good.The kids menu is also appreciated by our daughter.
