Walmart Supercentre

Great place but little bit smaller compared to other walmart.

I've been doing curbside pickup for as long as I can remember. It's saved me so much time and money! I can pull up at the spot, at my time slot, and call them. They bring it out, and then pack it up into my car for me. Then I'm on my way home. Fast and efficient!The other day was my 50th order, and they came out and brought me a cake and chocolates to say thank you. The management team was out as well and helped pack the car. I didn't realise they did something like that, but it was quite nice to feel appreciated for loyalty. And being in customer service myself, I loved the idea. They said 100 is even bigger!Will continue do pick up my grocery pickup curbside from this Walmart :)

1. 3 incorrect shelf prices, in one shopping trip, Additional 11$, on a 100$ receipt.2. Painfully obvious floor walkers, clearly following you every single step! I felt Profiled, through a lens of some type discriminatory, misinformed bias. It destroyed Family time, as we were looking for a birthday gift for my son.3. For no reason an Additional staff member comes to till, writing down details of transaction!? Kept my cool.4. Avoid if possible.

Good Walmart Superstore, lots of selection and plenty of produce to choose. I find the main entrance to be a little dirty and old but other then that the inside is quite large and nicely organized. Definitely good supercenter if you live in southwest Calgary!

Michael in the electronics department helped me to purchase a new Chromecast a few minutes ago, and his service was exceptional. Michael is very knowledgable, personable, and you can tell that he is passionate about finding the right product for your needs rather than selling you things that you do not need. Thanks again buddy; I really appreciated it.

This is by far the worst wallmart i have ever been to. It is run by a horrible management.Items are not in their correct isles.Randomly the isle design changes making frequents shoppers more confused.Self checkout is the highlight of how horribly run this place is. You are not allowed to have scanners for some reason so you need to grab and scan your heavy things. Even if there is a huge line employees refuse to open more self checkouts. Employees hide cheaper bags from you so you purchase expensive ones.Also if you ever use self checkout in any way they dont like they will come and accuse you of not scanning items and this happened to me multiple times. They dont take no as an answer for membership so goodluck with that. It is just a horribly ran place. I dont understand how it is not checked by a supervisor team for these defects that hurt customer satisfaction. I truly hate it there.

Most of the grocery delivery staff for pick-up are adequate to excellent but Aarambes has twice now thrown groceries as quickly as possible into my trunk, neglecting to use the bags provided and piling tin cans on top of produce.

Click & Collect at this location is terrible. We specifically disabled the substitutions function on the app and the employees substitute things anyways.Some examples from a single order:-We ordered 2, 1L cartons of 1% lactose-free milk and instead got 2, 0% lactose-free 1L cartons.-They gave us the wrong hair conditioner.-They gave us regular bread instead of the gluten-free bread we requested.This kind of thing has happened multiple times, and they charge us for the items they substituted without our permission. We can't even eat the bread because of the gluten.

Generally I post GOOD reviews. But I just couldn’t for THIS location. The store was a complete MESS. The shelves were all is disarray, stock out of place, and the fitting rooms were a disaster!!!! NOT the location I will go to again, and NOT what I expect from a Walmart store.
