Terrible service. I have not known before that patient needs an appointment for a walk in. I have arrived at 9.30 for a fasting blood test, and I've been told that I have to come back at 11.30. The employee didn't take into consideration that I am a diabetic. I have tried to book another appointment online, but found out that they blocked all the morning appointments for the month. So nobody can do a fasting blood test neither as a walk in, nor by appointment. What a service we pay our taxes for.

So irritated by the fact they don't seem to have a direct number, you phone, go thru the endless message, then placed on hold til you get fed up and hang up because you have been waiting for 25 minutes just to ask a simple question such as, did you recieve the requisition? Since I'd rather not drive across town to be turned down when gas prices are so high. So very annoyed.

they make you wait over a half hour past your scheduled appointment time, which is ridiculous. and they were rude.like, what’s the point in even making appointments? just market yourself as a walk-in only place, as that’s obviously all you do.

Very much like a large triage. Go early to avoid excessive wait time. The staff on hand are mid 20s/30s, mostly female and lack a overall good energy. Clean and efficient way of getting blood work done if you go at the right time and don’t have excessive needs or questions for the dismissive staff.

Terrific staff, very professional and courteous. My appointment went effortless and smooth. This clinic is bright and clean and has alot of space. There is ample parking and close to the main doors. If your looking for a quality lifelab, this is it.

Fast service in the morning. I was out of there in 15 minutes. The lady told me they get swamped during the day but if you book early then it's never a problem. Friendly staff, no worries!

This is by far the best Life Labs clinic in Kingston! The reception/ waiting room is spacious with lots of seating, reasonably tall ceilings and good lighting. There is tons of cubicles, which are private. Nurses were great, kind and efficient.

They lost my requisition form. Had an appointment too. Had to phone my doctor in front of a long line to get them to resend and my doctor herself sent it and said it was confirmed it was sent weeks ago. Embarrassing experience and they were not kind about it. Told me there was nothing they could do and I had to fix it to get my doctor to re-send it. And they even said they believed it was sent but they receive so many a day and a lot of requisitions get lost! WTH? How is that okay? Poorly organized in my opinion.
