The best bet in the Hillside mall food court. I recommend the Hawaiian chicken stir fry on rice with extra veg. Excellent fuel

Edo is my go to when I’m trying to be fairly healthy but don’t feel like cooking. Can also do brown rice, less rice more veggies, or all veggies. Plus it tastes delicious. Go light on the teriyaki to keep it healthy.

Every time I go to Hillside I always drop by to my favorite fast food Edo.I usually order bento chicken with tempura and gyoza, I tried the noodles too and its so yummy.Moving forward I'm gonna try the rest on the menu.I would like to commend the staff esp the cashier Junna Marrie Yrah Bautista and her husb.They are so friendly and accommodating.Looking forward of having my next visit ..

Having to provide a substantial and nutritious meal for 3 seniors before a night out at the ballet is no easy feat. Every individual has a different issue regarding her food:) What a relief to find Edo Japan Hillside's Manager and Team stepping up and delivering the best take-out meals ever! Thank you for making a special event for a senior in her 80's visiting all the way from South Africa super special with this tasty and nutritious takeout.

Great quick meals, so much better than a burger if you're looking for something quick!

The food was under cooked the rice almost tasted raw. Also they serve meat that has been precooked and sitting in a hotel pan room temp for god knows how long which is food safe issue. The quality has really gone down in the last couple years use to be a good meal and would be a 5 star.

I’ve had good service and food in the past, and you get some rushed and disorganized service and food.. and then once in a while you get extremely rude service and terribly made food. I understand that rushes come, but when the cooks get disoriented of orders, and the stress builds, it’s unfair to take it out on the customers. If you have to remake the food 3times, because you couldn’t get the order right - that’s not on us. Throwing and slamming cookware around isn’t a healthy environment. Masks make it hard to hear each other - so when we have to raise our voices to be heard - it doesn’t mean your customers are yelling and upset. It’s just plain communication during this mask mandatory environment. Pretty disappointing that one of your cooks would be triggered so badly to throw a violent show of rage while my 7year old daughter watches and waits for her food to be made and remade 3times. You can see in the photo that the cooks purposely made it terrible just to get rid of us, then blame it on it being too busy and that I was rude.
