ordered my son a burger from here and was very disappointed, bacon was fatty and not cooked, lettuce was brown. staff need to pay more attention how they serving food.

Food is great I'd recommend the loaded stack burger. Or flame thrower if you like a bit of heat, but it's not overwhelming. There is one person that works front I think her name is Missy. She's great. Very polite and professional. I recommend this location to everyone. And I will be going back.

Wouldn't give even 1 star. Horrible service. Gave me a plain ice cream claiming it had stuff mixed in even though it didn't. Employees were rude saying they added stuff and it was just mixed in. Ive order the same thing before at a different location and there was obviously stuff mixed in. Definitely won't be coming back here again. Waste of money.

Basically served soup, not blizzards! Two blizzards, a sunday, and a dipped cone were so liquid it was wild that they had the audacity to serve them! It was a busy night, so I guess their machine just wasn't freezing quickly enough, but like mygoodness! It's an ice cream shop! You'd think they'd be really good at ice cream!Aside from the fact that they were COMPLETELY melted, the taste was standard, the service was okay, and the atmosphere was meh (interior was a little messy).

Had a hangry wife with me, so I stopped in after muckling my way around the block a few times. We ordered a single Blizzard which cost more than a combo at any burger joint, but my wife stopped yelling at me to get her some food. Would have gone to Timmy's prior but the sign specifically said No left turn into Tim Horton's parking lot" and I wasn't about to break the law...that's when she started yelling at me.Exiting involved driving the wrong way no matter which exit I took

This has to be the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to.My wife and I went there tonight she ordered a large strawberry sundae and I ordered a large blizzard.We waited forever her sundae was melted.My blizzard was like ice cream soup it was so melted I had to drink most of it.Just a terrible place the staff are horrible and the food and service is terrible.I do not recommend this place.It deserves no stars period.Never Again.

We always get 100% good service and quality food from this location. Its nice to have a dairy queen outlet that you can rely on, unlike the Brockville location.
