Will never be going back. I've never seen such poor service. My local pharmacy will be my go to going forward. Lady told me up to a 45 minutes wait for prescription, which was excessive but fine.. waited an hour and a half to be told the system is down and my stuff is ready but I can't have it because the system is down...... My local pharmacy had it ready in 5 minutes. Never again shoppers, long time customer lost!

If you are going to get subscription drugs then Shoppers is not a place to go, huge line up all the time! You better be off with Walmart and Superstore, that's where I'm going next time!

Horrible service since new management!! don't bother getting you're prescriptions there it now takes forever to have anything filled if they remember to fill it , customer service is none existence ! Done bringing my business there !

I'm not very knowledgeable in make up, what colors work and such, but I was trying to switch from Mary Kay. I went in first and was helped by Nicole I believe. She was very helpful, no pressure, I got exactly what I needed, shades and colors were perfect. My next 2 visits I was helped by Marge, she understood exactly what would work. They won me over, this is my cosmetic go to from now on! Thanks for the advice and help ladies!!

I've been getting my same meds for years with my benefits and I have to all of a sudden pay up front won't direct bill makes no sense dunno if it's the owners or Canada life.

Make up girl working the morning shift on Saturday does not like her job. She was not friendly, not helpful and not knowledgeable. The line ups are always ridiculously LONG at this store and its messy. Save your money, save your time and go to Walmart or Superstore.

Pharmacy is absolute trash. Takes forever to fill prescriptions. They say they will have it ready and when you show up it's actually not. They also can't figure out benefits. Worst pharmacy I've been to in my life. Something needs to change!

the store itself is fine i guess for a store but for a pharmacy it is horrendous trying to get through on the phone is a struggle in it self and then they dont communicate with you when they say they will so it takes calling day after day on a consistent basis to get anything done when coming to pick up stuff the line up can be so long and it takes a great amount of time just to pick something up it is always a struggle dealing with this place but people do it for the points if those points didnt come with my fills i know i wouldnt be there very very poor service
