This review is not dishonest nor an exaggeration.Paul aka Chuck Mcgill Is a grab and go businessman, Heather has pulled a Houdini after being so polite, professional and eager to do business with us before getting our money.They Ignores emails, after tons have been sent to them (The proof is in the pudding)Refuses to respond,Does not provide all equipment as stated in the contract, Even after purchasing the equipment.They stated they would honor last year's pricing and still charged us for the following years price.They started almost 2 months late to install our pool, Did not guide us on how to use the pool and we are still not knowing how.They are the only pool company that does not provide pool services for their pools. What a joke.They smile to your face, agree with what you say while they take your money knowing when it's done they do not care what happens afterwards.

We had Leisure Pools turn around our pool install in a matter of 2 weeks!! It was really amazing. Heather and the team managed to find a pool in stock right before the Covid-19 shut down happened and the next thing we knew they were digging a hole in our yard. We couldn't be happier and have now already opened our Esprit plunge pool for the season!! Paul was very easy to work with and super flexible with everything. Winter 2021 contacted Leisure Pools and was directed to Melody. Discussed interest in doing a full landscaping project with 25ft pool for end of summer early fall with a budget of $150k. Was put on a waitlist and said she would contact me in 2-3 weeks with an update. Upon that date followed up several times and left voice mails and was never contacted back. I would have appreciated some update. If this is how potential clients are treated I would not do business with this company. Buyer beware....

If you ever have felt like someone holding your credit card in the air in a store hoping for someone to eventually help buy something, then you would be familiar with dealing with this company. Glad to hear in this economy that they really don't need the business. Numerous promises to come and meet but never scheduled a time.

We purchased a pool from Leisure Pools in 2016, the pool was installed and we were swimming in three days as promised.Everyone at Leisure Pools are nothing short of 100% professional. Two years have gone by and they still answer my questions and concerns as a first time pool owner and continue to offer all the help I need.I highly recommend this company to any one who is looking to purchase and install a pool you will not be disappointed.Special thanks to Dustin and Patrick for the phenomenal work they did.Thank you Leisure Pools.Jo and Ray.

Leisure pools put in our fiber glass pool and this was the worst experience you could ever imagine. They made a massive mess of our yard and had no care to not damage property. They have left our grass in a big mud pile. They crashed into our front porch and took a chunk of concrete out. Parked one of there machines on our brand new driveway and then damaged that. Overall sloppy work. We bought our utilities in the fall but our instal was delayed and as a result they gave them away forcing us to have to pay double the price for new utilities. Not only that the heater they provided didn't come with a vent for the chimney so it cannot even be used since its in a shed. Salesman Russ made more empty promises then we can count. Russ is the Niagara Region representative and he is unresponsive to emails and has only shown up at the worksite when he needed to collect money from us.This has been the absolute worst building experience of our lives and we have had two other pools and two other houses. I would not recommend this pool company to anyone. They are a joke.

Leisure Pools is a fantastic company!! They went above and beyond for me and my family with our pool installation this week!! Carlo is fantastic and knows his stuff and Paul is a class act. They removed a bin of old and cracked concrete and another full bin of dead trees before they even started digging my pool!! Paul was even nice enough to came out with his Drone to record the crane lifting our pool above our house!! My children were so happy!! I'd suggest a little patience with any Pool installation. The weather can often delay construction and although these guys try their best, they can't control everything. I have already referred them to my best friend and now my neighbor with many more on the way..I went with the Limitless 30 and Hayward Automation system. It is worth every penny.

The people at Leisure Pools were incredible from start to finish. They clearly explained everything that was going to happen, stayed true to their timeline, and had thorough follow-up to ensure I was happy with everything. Paul and Heather (in particular) were phenomenal to deal with. Consummate professionals who made what could have been an overwhelming process really easy

Ironically, my review has nothing to do with Pools! They have a location in the 'IMPROVE' building in Concord. I went in with my wife and daughter to ask a bunch of questions about pools. We were wearing our masks as it is currently the peek of the Omicron Covid virus. The sales rep. comes up to us with no mask on, no distancing. After what the world has been through the last two years, really?? Get those masks on.

We just wanted to express our extreme satisfaction about working with your company.Sergio from Southfields first helped us decide upon a pool and color. He helped facilitate all the initial ordering and he was lovely.After that, Heather helped us make appointments and arrangements with fantastic enthusiasm and professionalism.Mike installed the pool and he was so knowledgeable and personable.We genuinely feel that Phil is the best employee a company could have. Phil has been at our house at midnight, ensuring the pool was set up. He's also been at our house at 6 a.m. to troubleshoot. He answers every text and goes above and beyond.
