His quality of work is great. Fence looks really good. Do not pay him though until the fence is complete. My fence was installed back in the summer. It's now January and I'm still waiting for him to come and install the lower fence panels where the fence has large gaps. He says he is coming and never shows up. Then he says he will come the following week but doesn't come. I should have held payment until it was complete.
