The pay station is a scam! I left within 10 minutes of paying and at the exit I was asked to pay $3.25 (half-hour) because I overstayed" by 8 minutes. Ridiculous! I would suggest that you pay at the exit instead of the pay station. I have not faced this problem at other Green P parking locations; only at this location."

Scam!Parking is limited, and if there are no spaces and you're forced to leave the parking area, you're still charged the half-hour fee no matter how short of a stay you've made.In short, if there's space, it's a great parking location. If not, then you're automatically charged the minimum rate regardless without any grace period.

Good parking garage for our visit to MEC. It is hard to get to when you cannot turn left from Queen. The spots are an okay size but everything is clean, bright, and exceptionally well maintained. The elevators were a nice touch and the security guard at the street level entrance was thoughtful. The rate was average, paid $12 for an hour and half usage.

The parking is easy to find and the price was quite reasonable since it's just about 700m (7 to 10 mins) walk from University Avenue and Queens Street. Parking is $3 half an hour. Maximum parking until 6pm is $16. It's indoor and have ample parking for people who are visiting around this area. Also quite a few restaurants and stores around the parking lot. There was some construction going on, so it was a little inconvenient to drive into the underground garage. However, the street wasn't busy, so it was not too bad.

Good sized parking spots, good paving, and very clean. Entry / exit has very narrow lanes, which is challenging in a larger / taller vehicle. Elevators not working when I visited. I saw 2 kids using this as a skateboard park.
