What a little gem of a store. So happy I found them. They have so many precious items.Was able to purchase pieces to add to my mother's royal doulton dinner collection. The gentleman working there was very kind and friendly. Will definitely come back. I recommend this place if you need a fancy gift.

Love the place. Many trinkets, statues, and things to get as a gift. It's mostly home decor/dining table accessories/plates or crystal vases. But they have a really nice assorted collection within these categories.The people running the place are super nice and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you out.The prices are great and you are getting the money's worth.

Very impressed with Royal Gift. I ordered, (online), a Royal Dalton figurine for my wife's birthday. It was late in the evening and when I tried to complete the order the website indicated an issue with my rural delivery address. The following morning I called the phone number listed on the website..............Get this! The phone rang twice and a real live person answered. It gets better, that same person actually took ownership of the issue I was calling about without passing me off to someone else or even putting me on hold. Joe assured me that if I lived in Canada, he shipped to me. I was off the phone in about 3 minutes with an assurance from Joe that he would get back to me promptly. In under 2 hrs, I had both an email and a text from Joe indicating the issue was resolved and I was welcome to complete my order if desired. I completed the order and by end day I received notice the item had shipped. It arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. We live in a pretty glitch prone time. The days of being able to resolve issues with a simple 3 minute phone call seem like a distant memory most of the time. Hats-off to Royal Gift for continuing to provide quality products and 'gold standard' level customer service. I will certainly be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you Joe.

Not too many fine china gift shops around anymore, but Royal Gift Rawas is in the GTA and delivers across Canada! Large selection of high end brands, great prices and excellent customer service both by phone and through website chat. Happy customer.
