I had a great experience working with Amiri regarding my Basement design and permit process.I found Amiri was Professional, knowledgeable and very detailed.The process was very transparent and we got the permit on the expected timeline.Overall I am very satisfied. I first had a pleasure to work with Amiri back in 2018 for my then property to get Basement architectural drawings.The fact that, when it was time for me to get basement plans drawn up for my new house in 2021 I re-hired Amiri without giving a 2nd thought should speak for itself.In both my dealings with him, I found him professional and prompt.I recommended Amiri to my brother as well for his Basement plans.

I came across Nesta Design due to the high reviews while I was shopping around to get my basement drawing. They didn't disappoint me. I've worked from day 1 with Amiri whom came couple of times to take measurements and review what we wanted to accomplished. He make seamless the process to get City Permit and provided digital and hard copy of all drawingsI've appreciated even more than he's been there to answer questions during the building process.I'd recommend them for sure.

I found Nesta Design online via Kijiji. I was concerned because this was not a referral as is my usual practice but once I met Amiri all my concerns were addressed. Amiri was fantastic. Amiri focus on his client’s and the core activities of the project. I found him in Kijiji for my basement to make a legal second unit. There was some construction done by the previous owners which were not as per building code. Amiri came to my house in Barrie few times and visited Barrie City office to discuss all issues. Finally he resolves those issues with very professional manners. He is very experienced, polite and elegant person and well known with his valued work. He saved my lot of money to make my dream true. He went above and beyond for my project. I give Amiri of Nesta Design my highest recommendations!!!
