No longer donating as they now don't rule by God's word. They have gone astray.

I always donate. I also shop in your thrift stores, but find that the pricing is way out of wack. Your stores years ago had across the board pricing on all items, now your staff randomly prices item based on what they think it's worth.I had tried to purchase an obviously used/worn pair of ladies boots. Sticker said $6.99. Cashier said no, thats not $6.99 and called someone who randomly said $20. Odd.These practices make it very hard for low income families to needed items.Resellers are also making it hard for people on a budget. Perhaps there is a way for low income or homelss people to get an extra discount with proof of income?Ideas?

I’m no longer a donor or supporter of your apostate organization. Shame on you for your current position on not honouring religious exemptions for your staff.I have found an alternative Christian organization to donate to this Christmas.

Webhave been to your Airdrie location 3 times to donate lamps house wares and even xmas stuff and they keep sending us away denying donations the boss or owner of thisblocation is really rude and them denying donations could result in that store starting get less and less donations to They left a bad taste for any future donations or me shopping at this store.

The thrift store in Port credit in Mississauga refused to take my donations they said they had no room and even though at the back I could see the room was empty so and then they said oh it was too dirty and they wouldn't take it anyway so I don't understand what's going on with these thrift stores

I have been a supporter of the Salvation Army for 45 years but not any longer due to their latest attempt to appease the destructive radical woke crowd in calling people with white skin racists in their Study Guide on Racism, the Salvation Army’s International Social Justice Commission, said white people are guilty of “unconscious bias” and “unwittingly perpetuate racial division” even if they don’t overtly show it.“We must stop denying the existence of individual and systemic/institutional racism. They exist and are still at work to keep white Americans in power.” It's so sad and disappointing that by trying to be politically correct, you are offending the very people that keep you operating.

It is indeed sad that your organization has embraced wokeness and CRT theory. I do not need a lecture and direction to apologize for my perceived racism. I am not, nor have I ever been racist. It is offensive to have a supposedly faith based organization try to instruct me in the latest worke position taken by the left. You have lost your way.

I bought a pair of sandals from the overlea location 2 days ago for $19.99. I wore them out that night and the bottom heel on both started to disintegrate to a fine rubber powder. It was all over the place and I had difficulty waking with them. I went to get a refund and was denied. I know about covid 19 restriction s etc but your stuff should not fall apart. I am still asking for a refund or exchange
