I have been using Merry Maids for years now. They are very good cleaners. I always make sure i have Tracey part of my cleaning crew that comes in to clean. She always puts those special touches on my clean. The ladies at Merry Maids always go above and beyond. I would recommend Merry Maids to everyone i know.

Merry Maids is a great service. They are super reliable, flexible and Samantha is extremely responsive. The girls who come to clean the apartment change, but I've always found them to be kind and professional. I trust them to come when I'm not home. There have been the rare times I've been not completely happy with the thoroughness of the cleaning, however, I let Samantha know and she immediately rectified it with a repeat clean which was fantastic and speaks to their professionalism. I do find the service is on the slightly more expensive side, but it's personally worth it for me given the standard of the service. Highly recommend!

The Merry Maids team in Hamilton is great! We have used their services for over 2 years now, and no complaints. I always look forward to coming home after their visit - the house sparkles. The office team is also very friendly and accommodating of any changes you need to make in scheduling, even if it is last minute. Would definitely recommend (and ask for Tracy - she's the best!)

Did not like the service at all. Was told 4 hours was sufficient for house cleaning but have been cleaning for one week because of dust existing in the most basic areas which should have been cleaned properly. The cleaning was not done properly at all and it wasn’t any small details missed out but major things that should not be an issue. All cleaning had to be done again by another company eventually. Waste of money and won’t reccomend.

The Merry Maids team did an excellent job of deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms of our rental property and restoring it back to perfect condition. We couldn't have done it without them.

Merry Maids have been cleaning my home for several years now and I am very happy with the service and their teams. Their cleaners are professional and well trained and supervised. We have had other services in over the years but none have been as consistent with their clean. Especially happy with how friendly they are with our pets! Thank you so very much Tracey! I had Merry Maids in my home today to do a deep clean. The girls were incredible; very thorough, punctual and did an amazing job overall. The house is truly spotless (even inside the oven) and it smells so clean!They worked very hard and we’re so pleased with the results. Would highly recommend!! Thank you again!

Adjusted my rating from 5 to 3 stars as the service was not very good after longer term use. The first clean is significantly more in cost and done well but subsequent cleans often were not done well having to recall the cleaners and sometimes not having them come back to correct things. For $271 every 2 weeks I expected higher quality cleaning which they did not provide.

Merry Maids of Hamilton came to do a one time deep clean of my home and they did such an amazing job! Samantha was amazing and worked around my busy schedule. The team not only made my husband and myself happy, but also my kids! Their stuffies and toys were presented so beautifully. Thank you Merry Maids!!
